I bought these to add difficulty in core and leg exercises, and they are excellent. The bands provide resistance when doing lifts like squats and other leg exercises, and the weights make leg lifts more challenging. The bag is easy storage and allows me to bring everything into my gym.

These weights are generally comfortable and can be worn as ankle or wrist weights. Love the added bands to help focus on specific areas to work out. Gave a set to my walking buddy so we're a matched pair!

Easy to use but they do slip a little when exercising. Bands seem quite durable. I didn't get the booklet as I had email preferences switched off, but they sent it promptly when requested.
