Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures, but the third day both my partner and I’s toothbrushes were moldy. So was the case inside and out. The bathroom is ventilated so it’s weird.

The shipping bag arrived sans the product. I very much wanted this, but appeared it was a defective envelope missing the adhesive strip. Don't know what to do...just send back empty bag?

Bought these for my grandkids, their Mom put them in the camper so they never forget their toothbrushes and the kids love them

Bristles were a little rough at first but soften up quick. Love the quality and the fact that I can tell the difference between my husbands and I, no need to write names on them.

So happy to use products that are eco-friendly!

My husband and I are both environmentally conscious and we wanted to start using bamboo toothbrushes. This was our first bamboo toothbrush set that we bought. The handle is nice and the bristles are not too hard or too soft.HOWEVER...the toothbrush does not leave your mouth feeling as clean as a normal toothbrush does.AND WORST OF ALL...after only 2 weeks or so of having my brush, the wooden case is completely covered in MOLD. It’s so disgusting.And I tried to dry my toothbrush to a reasonable degree each time after I used it, and I never put the case anywhere near water.These toothbrushes and cases are absolutely just all about the environmental part, but honestly I want to know that my teeth are clean and I’m not exposing myself to dangerous mold.I strongly recommend for the company to consider some changes in their product design to prevent this from happening.I DO NOT RECOMMEND and I would really appreciate it if the company reached out to me to solve this issue.
