A good idea that does not work well.
The cutting chain has teeth that are so large that it is extremely difficult to pull the chain through the tree branch.If your cut is around an upper branch, it takes massive muscle power, 2 people, to achieve a cut.Plus there are rope knots at each end of the chain that wedge into the saw grove.
