Nice starter drone
Very fun, and I love how it doesn't damage things when the kids run it into them, and it also doesn't damage the machine. It did get ran into a corner of our stair case and the cage got bent and caught in the blades but we easily managed to pop it back out and no harm was done. The controls are a little tricky when you are first starting out but then it gets easier as you go. We bought this for our 7 year old and he can manage to get it going and flying without too much difficulty.

Battery stopped charging after only a few uses.
I purchased this for my son for Christmas last year and it was a really cool flying thing the brief 2 or 3 times he was able to play with it. After that point, it would no longer charge the battery. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see if they will refund/replace it, but based on my n=1 data point, I would not recommend this item.

so so product. Not at all functional as videos show it to work. It simply doesn't;t do that sort of maneuvering. Cool ida but not the best execution.

Missing key part
Santa brought this product to my son this morning. When we opened it to assemble it, it was missing the unique USB charger that is required to make it work. Christmas morning without his big toy from Santa is very disappointing. We will be returning this and expecting a full and complete toy in exchange.

Unacceptable purchase
Very disappointed in this product. It sounded like a great present but it broke the first day it was used. Unfortunately it was mailed to my grandson in Cal. There was no receipt in the box and it could not be sent back
