German perfection what else to expect? I love them!

The sheer is very strong made with quality material, but there is two oroblems that makes me not to recomend it to others. First the grip or the handles get very slippery with smallest amount of wetness or poultry fat. Second the lucking device is at the end with no nich to hold it, therefore it opens all the time

got this for cutting chicken thighs for dog food they will not cut them cant hold meat and bone spits meat out uncut

Mi è piaciuta la robustezza e la facilità di taglio del prodotto ed il fatto che è in acciaio. Da valutare la tenuta della molla centrale nel lungo periodo (si parla di anni). Lo lavo a mano, non in lavastoviglie perché anche se acciaio non vorrei inficiare la tenuta della molla.... Unico aspetto così così è ergonomicità.. diciamo che non è così comodo come le forbici quelle che hanno l'occhiello dove infilate le dita. A livello di taglio il prodotto è efficace. Fino ad oggi per me il migliore tra i vari acquistati negli anni
