Aukey Sport Blutooth Headphones - a nice set of lightweight BT headphones at a nice price.
For the exercise buff or a person who prefers an earbud instead of an over the ear headphone, the Aukey Sport Bluetooth is a very reasonable choice. Having owned a variety of sports style BT headphones, I wasn't expecting much from the inexpensive Aukey's but was pleasantly surprised by their overall performance. Arriving in a sleek cardboard box, the headphones were packed with a variety of different sizes/shaped of earbuds and what they term "ear hooks" (more on that later) as well as a nice pouch, mini USB plug, etc. The instructions were reasonably clear and the unit arrives partially charged though they recommend charging it before first use. The Aukey charged up quickly in less than 2 hours as indicated by the color of the light on the right earpiece which transformed from red to blue. Pairing with an iPhone 6+ and iPad was simple and quickly accomplished. In terms of performance, the Aukey's had plenty of volume, decent bass, and reasonable mid-ranges. It tended to clip or compress higher frequencies and it was difficult to know whether this was a compression function of the BT or of the headphones themselves. The audio quality won't be mistaken for a pair of Grado's but at around $15-20 I wouldn't expect them to be. Nonetheless, they performed much better than my LG BT headphones and were infinitely more comfortable. Range is reasonable and I didn't encounter any hiss, drop-off, interference, or other issues. Battery life is rated around 4-5 hours and that is what I achieved with the first couple of rounds of charging and use.In terms of fit, the "ear hooks" are not hooks per se, but are elastic devices designed to place some traction in an attempt to keep them in the ear canal. As best as I can figure them out the round end is supposed to be rotated so that the "hook" pushes against the anti-helix, while the bud portion resides in the ear canal itself. Overall, I found that the buds stayed in reasonably well with walking, running, weight lifting, and riding a bicycle. They remained in place while sweating though they occasionally benefited from readjustment. Over the ear style headphones, tend to irritate me after a while, so these were a welcomed relief. The Aukeys held up to sweat and a light mist, though I doubt they are "waterproof" (they don't claim to be).The volume up/down keys are reasonably large and also serve for FF/RW. The power on/off is a bit difficult to operate while in the ear and it also serves to place/answer calls. The microphone is ok but its placement makes it subject to any wind thus rendering really inoperable for fitness. Overall, I was very pleased with these well made headphones which offer decent sound quality at a pretty amazing price. Grab a pair and try them out!!

Bought for my sisters birthday, she loves it.
My sister was always complaining about wearing her earphones when she ran or worked out. They'd fall out, get in the way, and just be a nuisance the whole time. She temporarily switched to a small bluetooth speaker but dropped that pretty fast and it is not really good gym etiquette to be blasting youre own music and she'll never carry a speaker while running. The reviews on these things were mixed but because of the price, I decided to try them. I told her that if they sucked, Id just send them back and bite the bullet for the Jaybird Freedoms but those were WELL above my price range. But after about 3 months after forgetting I even got her these, I remembered and called and asked her about them. She said they sound good (not the best but more than suffice for working out/running. no audiophile is gonna be buying wireless earbuds anyways). But the best part she liked the most was that they stayed in her ears no matter what she was doing (shes a personal trainer). She said sweat didnt affect them in any way. I asked her about battery life, and she works out personally about 5 hours a day. She cant use them while doing her personal training to her clients, but she works out for about 2.5 hours in the morning and then 2.5 at night and says they last through both sessions just fine. Battery has never died out on her and she charges them every now. Idk about its total battery life and didnt ask anything else. She uses these pretty intensely and said she can get about 20-25 feet from her gym bag before they start crackling. I am happy that she is happy with the purchase.

Mixed reviews - this pair seems to be working better. (or not.)
[Update, 9 days later...] And now they're dead...[Previous review] I've had mixed luck with the Aukey headphones. I started with a previous model that died within about 6 weeks, and was replaced quickly and free with a new pair of this model... that then died in about 6 weeks. With no arguments, Aukey quickly refunded me my original purchase price and I thought I was done with them. Looking around at other choices, I decided for this price point I was okay with considering them semi-disposable since I hadn't found anything else that really stayed in my ears well (jogging and heavy exercise) at a similar price.So... I went and bought two pairs and figured I'd just replace them as they went bad. The good news is this pair is holding up quite well. June to October so far... (see above, dead as of 10/30/16 - worked just fine yesterday for my workout.)But a word to Aukey: seriously, don't ask people to remove our reviews after replacement or refund. My review is based on my overall experience. You're welcome to say: "Hope this resolves your issue. If so, please remember update your review as appropriate."
