My 5yr old absolutely loves this hat. So much so that we actually ordered this exact same one again after the dog got ahold of the first one. I think the quality is amazing and the price is on point. The threading is well done and the hat is amazing at holding shape! I've thrown it in the wash (and dryer) several times and it has never warped unlike others we own. It's also managed to make it through several vacations without being sun bleached! I first ordered this right after my son turned 4, and again for his 5th birthday -- he has a smaller/very average sized head and the youth size is perfect. There is actually plenty of (un-needed) room to go smaller and plenty of room left to go bigger. *My one complaint about this hat is the metal clasp in the back. It is thin and flimsy with no real grab teeth and does absolutely nothing for holding the adjusting strap in place. It just slides around. We wound up just stapling it where we needed to be. I wish they'd improve this one thing, but it isn't enough of an issue to lose a star over :)

Great Quality, Looks Awesome. I ordered it for my five year old and it was way too small. I had my 20mo old put it on and it fit perfect.
