I only gave 4 stars for durability as I just received this today.I read a lot of the reviews, for this and several other brands. Now, I just bought my first Mac Book, and what I can gather from the other reviews, on all brands, is that the people leaving them are hard core, long time users of MacBooks. And take their reviews very seriously.This case is great; super easy to install, looks exactly like photos (I love it!) and great quality for the price.I’d assume any cover for your computer will have normal wear and tear, just as our iPhone cases; which I’m pretty sure we all change out frequently.So let’s calm down a little, and be realistic with reviews; for a product under $20, that is not built for life.Great purchase. Will buy from again in the future.

I bought this case for my brand new model of the MacBook Air. I was hopeful it would fit after matching the model number on the back of my laptop and this case. The case does not fit. I contacted the seller and they messaged me back twice and then stopped responding. DO NOT BUY FOR BRAND NEW MODEL OF MACBOOK AIR!!!

I bought this to replace a more expensive cover that had less airflow. This has the airflow I want on the bottom. The top, while not real leather, has that nice crinkly leather feel to it. The keyboard cover fits perfectly, so hopefully I won’t get dust/hair/who-knows-what into the body of the computer through the keys. The keyboard is still comfortable to type on with the cover on. The cover went on with a definite click. It isn’t going anywhere. I am very happy, at half the cost of my old one.

Love the design and construction of the case I purchased. Super fast delivery. I only wish that the keyboard cover that came with the case had transparent numbers/letters. At night, if you want to see the keyboard lights, you have to take off the cover (which is NOT a big deal ~ takes 2 seconds to remove it ~ but it would be nice if you didn't have to remove it to begin with!

Fits perfectly and has a cut-out that precisely matches the Apple logo on the lid so you can see it shining through. I got the gold Macbook Air and the pink-ish marble pattern I chose looks phenomenal with it! Has a nice feel to it - it's sort of soft to the touch. The keyboard cover is kind of meh - I don't think I really need it but I'll leave it on for a while to see how it works - but if you like a keyboard cover, this one fits nicely and seems to stay in place. (It's really just a silicone mat that sits on top of your keyboard, so it's not snapped down on anything the way the shell cover is, but it does seem to stay in place okay.) Overall, this is exactly what I'd hoped it would be when I ordered it - love it!

The design is as pictured- more rose gold than yellow gold though. Great quality, snaps on easily and looks great!

Cute, but I just now pulled it out of its packaging and it has two problems:- It's already scratched (see V shaped scratch near charging cable)- Came with wrong keyboard cover: the product image shows one with function keys. Mine does not include them.

Pretty and just as described but I do see more variations of blue vs gray in the marble print. They’re all different and happens from time to time! Very happy though

La cubierta protege razonablemente bien la MacBook Air, aunque en las fotos no se aprecia con detalle la impresión, que parece ser inyección de tinta (se ven los puntos de la impresión, no es calidad fotográfica, es opaca y un poco áspera al tacto). El logo de Apple se encuentra cortado en la cubierta (preferiría que no tuviera este hueco, pues le entrará polvo por ahí y también se puede rayar). La membrana para el teclado no me sirvió, pues además de estar en Inglés las letras son blancas sobre un fondo rosa muy pálido, por lo que casi no se ven, y al ser las teclas muy planas la membrana se mueve frecuentemente al escribir, por lo cual no la uso. En resumen, un producto caro de calidad regular.

The cover is VERY cheap looking and very cheaply made. It's "rubberized" is a lie, it barely has texture and it's flimsy. The print is absolutely terrible, it's fuzzy/ pixelated, it looks like the world worst printer printed this pattern, looking at it will actually give you a headache. It also has hard black flecks on it that can't be scraped off. The only think I kind of liked about this purchase was the keyboard cover. It's not seamless at all, the keys look blurry because the letters don't line up but it fits okay and it does the job...sort of. The backlight doesn't show up that well so typing in lowlight sucks. Honestly if you've made it this far into my review, just save yourself the hassle and DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Me gusto la calidad y el precio de este producto, el diseño es muy bonito y tiene un acabado algo mate, es muy fácil de poner y quedo perfecto en mi mac. El protector de teclado es muy bonito, desafortunadamente es teclado ingles y mi mac tiene teclado español por lo que no queda en mi teclado.

It is soon to mention durability. The cover looks nice, as we see in the pics. It was easy to put on the laptop. The keyboard cover obfuscates the key lights, so it makes more difficult to see the keys in a low light environment. I would recommend it so far, overall.

Was kind of hesitant because of other reviews but the quality of the picture is pretty good unless you are staring from really close up. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Fit perfectly. Colour is exactly as photo. Looks so nice on. Very different from what everyone else has. It was hard to find a masculine cover that wasn’t just a solid colour.

Smart and attractive design. Rubberized which I must prefer over plastic hard covers which have cracked and broken. This cover is going to last for a long time. The price was perfect too. I have paid double this amount for plastic covers that cracked within a short period of time.

Just got today floral one and it looks and feels great! Will see how it will perform in the future but so far I really like it.

I like everything about the case except that the bottom piece doesn’t stay on and is always having to be put back on....Also it has a very sharp edge along the front side of bottom piece.

Buen material, quedó perfectamente bien en la laptop. Y está hermosa. Todo mundo me ha dicho que está super bonita la funda. Super recomendable. La verdad no esperaba tanto

Fits very well and feels durable. I wasn't sure how the material would turn out but it exceeded my expectations. Very happy with this case

Coque correspondant parfaitement à la description. Protège les surfaces supérieure et inférieure, les deux faces sont indépendantes et se clipent très facilement.Bonne qualité d’impression, l’image n’est pas pixelisée et la pomme est bien apparente.Livraison effectué 20 jours plus tôt que prévue donc je suis ravie.Pour ce qui est du protège clavier c’est un plus, mais je ne pense pas l’utiliser car il est en QWERTY et non AZERTYJe recommande cette coque

Excelente calidad. Tiene el hueco para el logo de apple. El cubre teclado es para computadoras americanas.
