Bought this product just under a year ago and waited to review it so I could give an assessment of its durability and performance. This is a solid product. It has been outdoors in direct sunlight in a warm wet environment (SE U.S.) and looks the same as when it arrived. No fading or degradation of the canvass or netting. In use it gives an even bounce across the entire surface, no dead spaces at the corners or limited sweet spot in the center. The trade off for this is a slightly stiffer response than some other trampolines but I actually prefer the quicker rebound this creates and the bounce factor remains the same. Unfortunately there was a problem with the local shipping company that was contracted to deliver mine but this was no fault of the merchant. That being said Beast took on the issue as if it were their fault and the owner called me directly until the issue was rectified. This was one of the best products in terms of quality and service that I have purchased in some time.

I have been contacting the company since we bought the trampoline in 2022. The pad was falling apart within months of having it and a pole started to loosen and not does not stand up straight. The safety net ripped at the top of a pole right away. We purchased this due to the amazing warranty. I sent pictures to the company right away and they responded that i need to resend the pictures. I resent them and have been contacting them for 2 years and still no response, no reply. They do not answer their phones or return phone calls or reply to emails. Amazon would not help me with this and I’m extremely frustrated that we spent so much for an item that was falling apart with in months!

We have had the Beast K9 10x17 a little over a week. My kids were eagerly awaiting its arrival. Easy to assemble, my thirteen year old put it together with his friend. It’s built sturdy and the ladder is solid. It gets the kids outside and off their electronics, my husband too. Has phenomenal bounce, making it easier to master their tricks. Its enjoyed by the whole family, mom included!

Our kids really enjoy this trampoline and it’s very easy to assemble. However, we got a ladder that had 2 different length side poles and cannot be used. We’ve reached out to the company twice and have received no returned call. We have to use a step ladder so our kids can safely get in and out which for the price, is unacceptable. Would still appreciate a call from BEAST to get the correct pieces.

I like it arrived earlier than expected, and communication was excellent. Well packaged and easy to set up too. It’s definitely sturdy and made to last. Time will tell as it’s o Oy been a month. We are a large family and I felt safe jumping on it. Love it’s rates 800lbs. because all the neighbor kids come over and pile on and I feel good knowing it won’t collapse with them on it. Best purchase yet for our son... Love it!

Great trampoline for all ages! Very well built and sustains weight of multiple people on it at one time.We had an issue with the safety pad that goes over the springs, but the customer service from the company was excellent and they fixed the problem in a very timely manner.Would highly recommend this product and company.

In the three years I've owned this product multiple parts have failed. Bottom posts have have broken andost recently I ordered a safety net enclosure. They sent me a jump pad instead of what I paid them for. I've been trying to contact The Beast company for over two weeks through multiple methods. They don't answer their phones and do not reply to my emails. My next step will be to reach out to the better business bureau and call my credit card to try and get a refund through them. I wouldn't purchase their products going forward. I will update this post as soon as I here back from them.

It’s amazing! My kids love this trampoline. It’s huge and really sturdy. We added the assembly through amazon and so happy we did.
