Good for long travel days with kids
I spent too much time looking at portable food systems as I wanted something more flexible than most of the options out there. Happy I went with this one.I got this for traveling with kids, but plan to repurpose for myself as well. Works well with a Thermos and room temp foods on one side, ice packs and cold stuff on the other. Small snack containers keep things organized.Pros:- Cold side stays pretty cold throughout the day with ice packs- good capacity- includes some inner pockets to stow small items, plus some open space for bigger stuff- shoulder strap is handy so you don't have to stow it away within another bag- utilitarian, not trying to be cuteCons:- No stretchy mesh pouches on the outside for water bottles or a thermos. You have to use precious interior space if you want to contain food & drinks within the one bag- bulky. Doesn't flatten much for storage, takes up a lot of space when full

Bad quality
Really disappointed by this product! The bag is really big but it is a bad quality bag. After 2 weeks one of the pocket zipper was already broken. And after one month, the strap was also broken. We had to do a knot to continue using it. I'm trying to get a refund or a replacement but I will not have it because it has been more than month since I purchased that crappy bag. I don't recommend that product.

Great!
It is a good lunch bag. It was just a little bigger than I had expected (not a bad thing though!). I like the fact that it has a side pocket on each side too. I would recommend if you are looking for something spacious!

... it does what it it should and keeps food cool for 12 hours
while it does what it it should and keeps food cool for 12 hours , the quality is pretty bad - after 3 month of use the inner lining started to tear off . you can still use it ( which i do ) , but it is much harder to clean it inside and for the money i would expect a better quality . plus one zipper now works only one way .

It will do. . . .
I have had this lunch bag about a month and I don't love it but it works. What I do like is that it has two compartments so I can keep four water bottles upright along with my wallet, work gloves, small notebook and a travel size bottle of hand lotion on one side and my food items on the other side. I can keep pens, chapstick and keys in the outer pockets so I have eliminated the need to carry a purse too. What I don't like is the weird size of the compartments. Containers can't be stored upright unless it's small or something like a yogurt container. Other reviewers made the same comment but I was willing to try it out for myself. I have some taller square containers (2 cup Rubbermaid) I thought might work and one will fit, but not much else will so that doesn't help me much when I want to take leftovers for lunch along with my breakfast. I work a 10 hr. shift so I take breakfast and lunch. I usually pack a Greek yogurt, bagel, small container of cream cheese, banana, baggie of grapes, baby carrots, cheese sticks, granola bar and a half sandwich or wrap. All of that along with two flexible ice packs will fit on one side but you have to be resourceful when packing it and it's a little tight when you zip it, no spare room at all. I also don't care for the strap. It's rather flimsy and doesn't have a shoulder grip so it slips off when heavy. One of the strap rings has also twisted to the vertical position and won't stay put horizontally. So overall this bag is just "meh" in my opinion. It will do, but it's certainly not the lunch bag of my dreams. I think I would have been better served by an E-Bags Crew Cooler bag, but since this was nearly half the price I was willing to give it a chance. I will splurge next time.

Definitely Get!
This is an amazing buy! I was initially hesitant because of the price and because I had various bags that I use but never really that happy. But did I really want to pay $20+ for a bag? I took the plunge. This is perfect for when I do double shifts at both my jobs. It can store a lot of food. Normally I bring one tupper ware, single yogurt, and 3 bags of snacks for one job. Filling both sides can be approach being a bit bulk when stored in the work fridge but it isn't that bad. I have not problems with that. You are bringing food for an entire 16+ hours day.. There is a mesh in the flaps of both pouches and more compartments to organize. I am very happy with this purchase. There is the cooler insulation and it amazing quality.

Perfect for my kid's lunches
On one side I put a cold pack from the freezer, along with everything that needs to stay cold, like carrots, cheese sticks, fruit, water bottle, etc. There are zippered mesh pouches on the inside of each lid flap, and I've found if you put the cold packs up there the cold side stays cold longer. On the other side I put breads, bananas, chips and sometimes a small thermos of hot soup. This is great for separating out breads which get mushy in a normal cold lunchbox, and it's roomy enough you're not forcing everything in.It is pricey but I'm getting a second one for myself. Having had one, it's hard to go back to a single unit square lunch bag again.
