Invented in Arizona to combat the formidable bark Scorpion. We created this fantastic SOLUTION to STOP scorpions and other insects from getting into our homes. What most people don't know is that scorpions, roaches and other insects get inside the house by crawling up the fundation wall and entering the cracks around "weep holes". They then find their way into the walls and attic and ceawl out of crevices thus getting into your home. They even fall from the air vents/recessed lights where they find access holes. Since scorpions can't fly - they must crawl, and chances are slim that they will be able to crawl across our Scorpion Barrier TAPE (TM). This double sided adhesive is made for EXTERIOR SURFACES and due to the nature of having to be strong enough to adhere to an exterior foundation wall as well as capture a scorpion, this product may leave some adhesive residue and may remove paint. So we recommend using the barrier tape down low on exterior surfaces like block walls or foundation walls that are inconspicious. Once you install the barrier tape - you will see it is highly effective!.

For outside use to prevent scorpion invasion.
I have a terrible outright terror of scorpions, and we have an infestation at our house in TX. I purchased these as they advertise strong glue to allow it to adhere to outside surfaces such as foundations. (I also bought glue boards and several different pesticides dusts, sprays for indoors and outdoors...) These would not stick to clean, dry concrete, or our windowsills. The only thing we were able to get them to stick to were the door frames, and we kept stepping on them...we did not catch any scorpions, but we certainly killed a ton of super cute baby lizards.
