How to use: Shampoo with Numero Avena Shampoo then apply the Numero Avena Conditioner from the ends to the roots (the quantity needed is based on both length and quantity hair) lightly massaging the cream into the most sensitive and fragile areas, then rinse with warm water. May also be used as a deep penetrating treatment. After shampooing apply conditioner to hair with light massage then use a plastic cap and place under a dryer or use a heat cap for 10-15 minutes.
