I take one before work and one before bed and I do find I have energy in the am and the pm does help me relax. Quality ingredients and I love JS products

They do what they say they do!
I have tried other JS Health Vitamins and I have been very happy with them so I decided to try these. I am so glad I did. They are easy on my stomach, do what they say that they will and have no after taste like some vitamins do. The containers come apart so I keep the day one by my desk and the night one by my bedside. I will be ordering again.

I enjoyed trying these vitamins, but for the price you only get a 30 day supply in both bottles, should be a 60 day.

Worth the PM vitamins alone!
I love the PM vitamins. They smell like lavender and seem to help relax me. I’m sleeping better than ever. The daytime contain a lot B12 and I’ve been getting headaches from them.
