First let me start by saying this chair is extremely comfortable in the back and in the seat. But…two serious problems I’ve run into.1. This thing makes a lot of creaking sounds when I lean back. Super annoying.2. The armrest pads in this chair are the absolute worst things I’ve ever encountered in a desk chair! Constantly sliding around every time I readjust myself in the chair. There’s no way to lock them in place.For these two reasons I would never recommend this chair to anyone.6 MONTH UPDATE...Still...worst chair I’ve ever owned. The creaking noise is getting worse. Putting this piece of crap up for sale.

I was willing to pay a lot of money for an amazing chair. Instead, I got this one. It would have been a five-star chair at $300. It has a lot of great adjustments and its design has been well thought out. It's a dream to sit in for about three hours per day. That doesn't quite get me through half my workday.As long as you sit straight up in the chair, it's really nice. But once you need to start adjusting, leaning back, or shifting to the side a bit, the chair doesn't accommodate in the right ways. The back tilt is nice, with plenty of adjustments to fine-tune it to your preferences, but the seat bottom doesn't make any corresponding adjustments, so I often find myself slipping too far forward if I try to lean back at all.Everyone is different, and a lot of people really like this chair, but it just didn't work for me.

I like this chair a lot but do not feel its worth the price. Sitting is very comfortable and it has helped with my chronic back issues. So if you have a sore back due to poor chair posture you will definitely benefit from this chair. The arm rest are over hyped, they don't go out very wide, at the widest my elbows are not supported, keep slipping off. I keep them at the lowest position most the time, and rest arms on desk, not good. I am only 5'8" so that makes little sense that I don't fit. Also if your tall, be careful, I use it at the highest seat elevation and its perfect. I don't see it working for a taller people. The chair also feels cheap, mostly plastic, if I was to price it I would say it's more worth half or what they charge. The foam in the seat is very thin, yet supportive, just should be thicker I feel. I have worked some crazy long hours in the chair and despite the thin foam, it not bad, just not great. And that is the problem they charging a great price for it. I would not buy this one again, but now that I have it, it's good enough and I hope it last me forever. But I wish I shopped around more. Bottom line, if you have the money and don't care, get it it is very good. Looks nice, rolls nice, But if your like me and a thousand dollar is a stretch that you are willing to make for greatness, you may be dissatisfied that you did not get your moneys worth. Sorry for mixed review, just how I feel after 1 year in it, a good chair, just not great, priced high.

Delivery came a little earlier than expected. No damage on product or box. Chair was clean and wrapped up. This chair is “THE CHAIR” for me. You cannot put a price on your health. No more pain on my back or neck. Especially no more pain on my buttocks from sitting for long periods of time, you should be moving every few hours though. Adjustablity is superb, do not listen to some of these reviews like”creaking noise from leaning back all the way. No noise whatsoever. Arm adjustablity is amazing and they stay in the position pretty well, it is not filmsy as other reviewers stated. The arm adjustments Work prefectly fine and it is cushioned which is a plus. Headrest could be better but I am glad I got the headrest. Overall very pleased with this purchase.Changed to 4 stars because there is a slight creak or squeak noise when come to a straight up position from leaning back.

This was worth every penny. Just push the buy botton now. I ordered the rouge red chair and it is gorgeous. I work 12 to 16 hours a day. I had neck & shoulder pain, I have herniated disc in my lumbar and I have coccyx nerve pain in my tailbone. All of my pain is at bay now that I sit comfortably. I sm actually more productive at work.

I have chronic back pain and have to sit in long meetings. I found the chair to really help relieve back pain. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. After I had it for a few weeks, ordered for my wife and kids as well. They love it. One of my kids had a sports injury and was complaining about back pain while attending his remote classes. With help of an adjustable standing desk and this chair that pain has become manageable.

I used these chairs for years at work. It’s the most comfortable chair I ever had: better than Aeron and Herman Miller.
