Nice product with a few glitches.
I ordered this MP3 player to accompany me on a marathon coming up in a week. Many MP3 players’ battery life would not last the entire marathon, as I am a slow runner. The Fizzo battery is advertised to last 10 hours using Bluetooth or 20 hours with plugin earphones. During the past week, I have found that it will run Bluetooth for about 3-1/2 hours, and 7 hours on plugin earphones.After several trial runs, the volume buttons seem to be malfunctioning. It will lower in volume, but not get louder. It requires going back into Settings and restoring Factory Settings to get the volume back up.Aside from the battery and volume issues, it’s an amazing device. The sound is good, size is excellent, touch window works well. I like that it clips anywhere to your clothing. I would love to have the Fizzo MP3 functioning as it should. I am planning to contact the Fizzo folks to rectify this situation.

Product does not work
I am so disappointed. I wanted to listen to radio with wireless earbuds. I can’t get it to work. It says it is paired then just static. Not impressed. Any suggestions. Plus no contact info to get tech help

The description is misleading and in accurate
Overall the device was disappointing. The FM receiver only works well with certain headphones. The touch screen is inconsistent, and the UI is of poor design.

1 hour battery life after 4 months
interface is sufficient but after 4 months the battery lasts only about an hour. which renders the product pretty worthless to me.

Great company.
VERY nice company. Very customer service oriented. I liked the player. For some reason it did not work well with our particular bluetooth headset but worked very well with the wired headphones. They have told me they have now updated their player to be even better with Bluetooth headphones.

Love everything about it, and enjoying all the features...Bluetooth, ebook, video, pictures, recordings, fm radio, folder view, and settings to get what you want! Perfect mp3 player🙂❤️

Useless trash
It is a piece of junk. The "Manual" is useless. The maker is impossible to find. It cannot sync playlists. No help available.
