I had received PHYSIOTREX Digital Ultrasonic Heavy Ultrasound Machine for Physiotherapy yesterday. Packing was excellent . However today after unpacking during instalation I faced some difficulty which raised doubt about the quality and performence of the machine, I uploaded my complaint with pictures/ video to Amazon site as well as to the manufacturer. The complaint was immedialy attended and it was explained what extra points to be followed for desired installation and performance. As this was not mentioned in their Operating mannual, the immediately assured that these will be included in their manual as supplied with the equipment.The equipment was put into operation and found to be working satisfactorily. However I need to see its consistancy of performence in long run at least for a year. However they deserve 5 stars for delivery, packing, and after sales support.

Worst product it doesn't work waste of money

So got it delivered yesterday. Packaging was good. Secured. Price was very good.Machine is compact. Easy to carry.Used it today. It have 1 MHz frequency. Intensity can be adjusted from 0-3.5w.Timer can be set as per need.Chords and connections are fair quality.Hoping it will last long.U can buy it.

Writing this review after 20 days of buying... I've bought it for my foot pain ... It helped in reducing pain. Compact, portable.Disadvantag - only 1Mhz frequency..,It has a knob for pulse mode but no display for ratio of pulse mode for eg 1:1 , 1:4 , etcCan be used for deep area and not for superficialDisplay could have been better.

Works perfect as described and upto the markHave been using from last 4 days, i was thinking of buying some expensive machine thing they are expensive will be better, but turns out this is as good as some other machines of Rupees 5000 form other brands.as for customer support, had some issue in registering warranty, so i mailed them and Owner of the company himself called and sort it out.Best part it is MADE IN INDIA.

After using for months, writing a review. We ll it's working fine and easy to use and handle. Good for people who want physiotherapy at home. Also it's portable.
