The shipping/delivery took much longer than I expected. The estimated delivery date was August 7 when I ordered March 16 but I didn't think in a million years that it would actually take that long. Therefore, if you need the product ASAP or within a few weeks this seller might not be for you. However, I must say my charms arrived earlier than August 7, I just got them on June 16th. And I must say, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. I almost teared up because I had issues with the picture quality with other suppliers but this seller help create all the beauty that I remembered about my loved ones. It's a true keepsake & a perfect token to honor their memory. I can't leave without letting potential buyers know that they will definitely have to invest in a better chain but I could care less about the chain. The custom charms itself did it for me. I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. The long wait was well worth it for me. THANKS!!!

This is the worst thing I have ever bought on Amazon. Shipping was months, when it was supposed to be weeks. No communication from the seller. The quality sucked. The picture is so light that you can barely make out what the image is. It looks like it was as cheaply made as possible. It will cost too much to ship it back. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't waste your money.

This is truly a solid piece. I read the reviews and figured that for the price, why not. I'm super glad I made the purchase! I purchased this in the midst of COVID and figured delivery would take forever. It took close to a month and a half....big deal! Anyone complaining about delivery delay during this pandemic is a moron.This piece is hefty and much more impressive than I expected. For the price -- I think this is a great quality piece. I purchased the heart silver and initially planned it to be an occasional piece I would wear on a small chain. It is much larger than I expected, but it actually works out for me. I have it on my sterling silver chain along with my diamond cross and I think the two compliment each other.This piece is PERFECT. I have had this for more than two weeks and have worn it 24/7. It still looks great w/no discoloration.I've seen some reviews complain about the picture quality. The picture I submitted was a colorful one, and yes, the color is slightly lighter than the original, but it isn't horrible, doesn't look ugly, and seriously isn't an issue. You paid less than $20USD -- stop whining!!Engraving on the back is just as I wanted and is really etched in there. Overall, this is a winner. For the price paid, any realistic down-to-earth individual shouldn't be disappointed in the quality. I plan on ordering more for my sisters and mom b/c they saw mine and absolutely loved it, so definitely giftable. More than 5 stars, for sure!

I love how big the picture is. I was looking for one that I could see the faces in the picture and this one was beyond expectations. It is a little heavy but it needs to be for the size and the writing on the back. All of my friends and students comment on how beautiful this necklace is. It even comes with a chain that is the perfect size. I love this necklace. The price is perfect because then I can get a new one every year. I have had it for almost a year and the picture quality is the same as it was when I purchased it. (and I have not taken it off even in the pool or lake) Other necklaces I have purchased with picture the shading turned yellow and this one did not.

This was an anniversary gift my daughter bought for my husband and myself. She used my Amazon account to order it, there was an issue with the delivery date and my daughter was devastated we weren’t going to get it on time but the seller was awesome enough to speed up the process. We really appreciated that and we were totally surprised by the gift 😍 the only negative thing I have to say about the necklace is the latch is not secure and the necklace keeps coming undone. I’m afraid to tighten it too much because I don’t want to break it. Other than that it is a beautiful and thoughtful gift 🎁

I purchased this as a memorial piece for my granddaughter with my favorite picture of her and her uncle on it. The picture quality was wonderful. It’s engraved on the back. It was the perfect memorial piece for a child. Simple but loving.

The picture is horrible. I adjusted it to fit the necklace however my babies picture looks like she has a beard and there is a black spot near her face on the left side and on the right looks like a finger im absolutely pissed off i waited weeks for this and its horrible I dont want to return. I want a replacement they wanted me to return the one I had and then wait weeks for a new one. Never again will inorder from this company

I would give it more but it took over 3 months to get this necklace....Apart from that it’s great but the chain is pretty plastic.
