Mushroom Science, Immune Builder, 90 Capsules

I find this to be one of the few supplements that I see a direct result from using. If I feel like starting to get under the weather, I take this w/ some juice that I've stirred in extra vitamin C crystals and I am good to go in a day or two. .

Mushroom supplement that builds the immune system. I've used for two years and have not caught the flue or had a cold.

I bought these first directly from my Naturopathic doctor to help with overall immunity but specifically for my recently diagnosed skin cancer. I am also a teacher, so I was in need of something to help fend off all the crazy germs those students can share. Since December, I haven't had even a single cold (and cancer free). Not claiming it as a miracle drug, but it certainly helps with overall health.

I can even take these when others have colds and rarely get it.
