Very good Mic fat at Mid and mid high
Very good Mic fat at Mid and mid high, but litle skiny at bottom end. I try to gain up litle bit at 1500Hz sound beter. Perfect for Male vocal. very smooth. Cosmetic look real nice.Thaks Beyerdynamic

and great for live applications
Cuts through the mix well, and great for live applications. Still getting used to it in terms of eq'ing it to get less pops. Vocalists that are used to dynamic mics will need a reminder not to get up so close to the mic. Overall happy and looking forward to figuring out the nuances.

Spend the money and be awed!
This is a premiere microphone, Shure SM58 may be the gold standard for the working gigging musician but if you what to treat yourself to something that captures your voice as clearly and tonally accurate to your natural voice, spend the money and be awed! There was a deal on this mic in the deals section and it WAS a super deal! Glad that I was impulsive and jumped all over this deal. it now has a special spot in my road case1
