Started falling apart within the first week. Screws that hold the handle bars in place fall out easily and then handle bars slide off. Mechanism that holds the handle bars / fork up broke within a couple weeks and now the handle bars will not stay up on their own. It says 350watts in the title of this scooter, but it is not. Which is false advertisement. The site clearly says 250watts. It also says a top speed of over 18 mph. Far from it. I think I can hit like 12 on a good day and a full charge. Maybe less. Range is about 4 miles - far from what they are claiming. Terrible product. Buy a different brand. There were two email interactions and I sent pictures and a video of the problem as they requested but have had no response after two weeks. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it but Don’t forget your charger 🙄 *by Y***. on September 1, 2019* I would give this a 5 star because I love it, But I’ve had it since July 22nd and with five trips under two miles everything seemed fine. Today I had time to test their claims and it made it 4 MILES and battery was flashing empty. This was in only ONE hour of riding, on mainly flat downtown Los Angeles streets, stopping at lights but mainly running full speed. Their claim is 18-23 km (11-14 miles) and 4-6 hours. After five rides I checked the bolts and most were loose, they do have blue lock tight on them so I don’t know why. Also it does not have a headlight, I don’t mind but I expected if it had a tail light it would have the front as well. I do like it though, the tires are amazing for taking turns and traction.
