The customer service was fantastic. I was whole heartily pleasantly surprised at their passion for providing a high quality product. I was delivered The Tempest puzzle with a missing piece but they sent me the replacement piece! The laminate picture on several of the pieces are peeling off but adding glue with a toothpick to re-attach the part that has begun to peel off works well. I will be purchasing more. Nothing like a wooden jigsaw puzzle during these times❣️

This puzzle is really a stumper! The individual pieces are exquisitely detailed and varied. You won’t find any pieces that are close in shape to another. Working at it an hour or two a day, it will probably take me several months to complete.

This puzzle is very intricate and well made. The cuts are extremely complex making it a real challenge! Comes in a box with magnetic top and a nice bag all the pieces fit into nicely.
