Salifert Master Reef Testing Combo Kit - Saltwater Aquariums

A must for reefers, easy to use!

Quality and accuracy with a good price tag!

salifert is a go to in the saltwater test kit

Test kit is good. Value is a bit high. If you grow coral you may need even more tests than this provides. I got this as my API test kits are decade old, however the test results are still in line with this new kit. Just be sure to store them in NOT in your fish tank cabinet, too warm. Store in room temperature cabinet.

I like these test kits but the nitrate has a range of 0-2-5-10-25-50-100. It is very hard to distinguish between 10 and 25 ppm.

Considered by many as the standard in test kits. My LFS recommended I use it instead of another name brand I had. It is easy to use and doesn’t require as much time for each element. I’d recommend.

After using another brand (R.S.) I wanted something a little easier to use and read so I am not taking half a day to test my waters. The faster and easier something is; the more likely we are to do it in this hobby. I's only draw back is it doesn't test very low in phosphate and nitrate parameters; but it tests low enough for the average hobbyist. We like to try new things at A Reef Insanity / ARI; so I feel this kit will be good enough for our LPS and softies grow .
