Jewelry Store Quality Charm for Half the Price!
My mom LOVED this charm when we surprised her with it for Mother's Day! (My wife and I are expecting her first grandchild!) It is as good of quality as one of the brand name charms you could buy at a jewelry store, but MUCH less expensive. Fits perfectly on her Pandora-style (not actually Pandora....a local knock-off one that had been bought at a local jewelry store) bracelet.

Letter "m" was pinched together
The item looks good on the picture that's why I bought it but when received, very disappointed because the letter "m" was pinched together so you can't even tell its Grandma, it looks like Grandna to me. I was going to give this item as a Christmas gift.
