Authentic Chamilia Charm "Birthstone Jewels - June" w/Swarovski Elements 2025-1034

Delivered on time and product was as expected

First off, the gem is gorgeous. But in the description it says Pandora compatable, but as of now i can't get it to go onto my wife's bracelet. I also don't want to break anything, so i am going to try to find another way or someone to help me get them on. If I can get them on, i will adjust my rating accordingly.UPDATEOk, after looking at the charm some more, and working with it, i found that there seems to be an issue with the molding, because the charm would twist halfway on and then not go any farther. The last part of the "thread" inside of it wasn't fully clear. I worked with it some and was able to eventually twist it on. I had to use quite a bit of force, but not enough to make me think i was going to mess up the charm. But there was no way my wife was getting it on. After a few removal and installs, it goes on and off like a champ now. I updated my review to 4 stars because the charm looks great and the quality of the materials itself is great, however quality control seems to be lacking. I would say it was just my luck, but i got 4 of these charms in 4 different stones (different birthstones of myself, wife and 2 kids), and I had this issue with all 4. I have bought my wife several other charms, cheaper and more expensive, and never ran into this issue. You will see this same exact review on 3 of the 4 i ordered. For some reason i can't review one that i ordered from a different company.ANOTHER UPDATEContacted company and they were prompt and very helpful. Problem is resolved. I have learned that this is becoming more common with certain Chamilia charms. I will have no problem ordering from this company again.
