Very good.
I first read about this product in the book, " The Lucid Dreamer" by Malcolm Godwin. He wrote that the Tibetan monks would give it to meditation students to help relieve stomach cramps and to help with relaxing. I don't know about the stomach cramps but I sure wanted to try it to help me relax. I used to take Benadryl every night to help me get to sleep. But I don't like taking those chemicals. I tried the Agar 35 and am so glad I did.I can now fall asleep easily, with a very natural feeling, not like being conked on the head with the Benadryl. I definitely recommend it.

Agar 35 is the chill pill people keep telling you to take.
Agar 35 is a lifesaver during periods of work-related stress. When I find anxiety really getting the better of me, I'll start taking 2 in the morning and one before bed, and while I still feel my stress, it ceases to be overwhelming, allowing me to get through my days and sleep through my nights. During relatively calm periods, one a day is plenty to manage my normally-baseline insomnia. I'd absolutely recommend this product to any high-strung person (guilty), anyone with a stressful job (yep) or teenagers in the home (been there), or anyone who just needs a little boost to manage their day-to-day internal chaos.

I lived and worked in the Himalayas for three years and would have to travel hundreds of miles to find this formulas. I ate it like candy and still do. Great for anxiety, low level depression and insomnia. Siddha Energetic's products is the real deal! Great quality and good supply and very ethical. Bravo!

Fantastic esp w Semde
I love this product. It’s great. This product was recommended by a meditation class instructor, and I was skeptical.My anxiety has lessened significantly and I sleep better. I also take Semde and Chulen. Things don’t bother me and I can choose my recommendations better.

Best natural sleep aid
I've tried lots of natural sleep aids. Haven't found any that worked until this one. First night I tried it, it knocked me out and kept me asleep in a way I hadn't felt in years. Second night too. By the end of the week the effect had mostly worn off. So I took a few days off and went back to it, and it worked again. So it needs cycling (at least for me), but boy does it work.

Great Product for sleeping and relaxing
I have been having sleeping problems for about 7 to 8 years and have tried a variety of products with little results. But so far the Agar 35 has been working for the last few weeks. I would reccomend using the product for a short period of time and then taking some time off because natural products can build a tolerance if used too long a period of time.

Works great, I’m a big fan
It’s been about 3 months of using this along with Semde and chulen. It took about two weeks to work. It’s given me a solid calm happy mood and I sleep really well every night. I am SO happy to have found these formulas!! I recommend it to everyone who mentions sleep or anxiety issues
