Im not one to write reviews but the 1 star review pissed me off...lets be clear, this is a single coil wireless charger, maybe if people would learn about wireless charging it wouldnt be confusing but here we go:a single coil wireless charger is limited on both range and charge rate. range being specific positioning over the coil as well as how far through cases it will charge. FWIW on my slim case i had no problems. Charge rate is the other thing that is limited. Charing a 0 battery iphone Xs MAX is not going to be fast, but holy hell is it convenient to have have this on the go to top up your phone and not need to mess around with cords.As far as the pass through charging, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT???? the usb is a FAST CHARGER meaning its going to fast charge your devices.Pick your poison, do you want your IPAD charged up quickly? ok then the internal battery is going to charge much slower to not at all.Seriously this is a 15W total power charger that will do 12 watts per USB port and 5 watts to the wireless padmeaning you can charge two devices up 7.5 watts each, or a single device corded up to 12 watts on the USB A portor the full 15 watts on the USB C port.what you CANT do is use the full charge power of 15 watts and expect it to also charge the battery, its not a limitation of the device its a limitation of the laws of physics.....honestly, as a pilot and engineer this thing is invaluable in the ease of use and portability it brings. The literal future of what chargers should be, and to the makers of this, I would gladly pay for a larger version that will do 100W and i can use this for my computer wall charger as well via the usb C slot

I love this portable charger because it can be charged with the wall plug. This is really easy to use and I love that it has 4 outputs. I like the wireless charging but for some reason it gets really hot and this is surprising because it is only 5 watts but thats okay. I also like that there is usb-c which I just bought the cord for and It charges really fast. The display is awesome and the whole charger feels high quality. Also, if you travel to different countries, you can switch out the wall ports to fit the plugs in different countries. I bought black because I like that color but I recommend getting the white because the black shows scratches and fingerprints very easy. Finally, I like that when the battery is plugged into the wall, you can charge your phone though the ports and still charge the battery at the same time. I highly recommend this battery especially for the price and this is an easy 5 star.

The is a great travel power adapter. It can be used as a standard power adapter with FAST charge and USB-C charging. If you are in a pinch, just turn it on its side and it is a QI charger. It used Apple plugs, so if you have the international travel kit then you may use those plugs outside North America.The only drawback is there is nothing to hold the phone on the charger when QI charging. I recently was QI charging on an airplane. A minor bump and the phone stopped charging.

I bought this charger for the ease of charging my iPhone without cables. Unfortunately, it would not charge my new iPhone 11. I still need to use the connections. Very disappointed.

This is a great concept! Loved it for the 4 times it worked. Won't recharge from the wall.. and won't charge electronics. Only had it about 6 months. I love it.. but would find another brand or a company that backs their products

This is my second purchase. The first worked well but broke when knocked while plugged into the wall. This one works but heats up.
