This product literally does what it says in the description when used correctly. The materials seems quite flimsy at first, but after manipulating the wire with the serrated edge, it managed to hook the key lodged in the lock. Quickly pulling forced the broken half out a bit, and eventually it completely dislodged from the lock. I was highly skeptical at first as I was unconvinced the wires would either: A) fit in the gaps between the key Or B) would get enough purchase on the key to pull it out I was totally wrong, after literally 5-10 minutes of yanking and moving it around it worked like a charm. Saved me from having to cough up a ridiculous amount of money for locksmith who obviously had no idea what he was doing. Thank you so much!

Key snapped off in door , it was in deep but after 10 mins of trying different tools it popped out great stuff

I wanted to use this product to remove a broken key from a yale lock. I was unsuccessful as my customer had also tried and really mashed the left over key bit into the lock.but the kit looks good and will remain in my kit

It worked perfectly for me. The very end of the key broke in the lock. To extract the key: I applied some WD-40 in the lock and used the harpoon to fish out the broken piece. With a spare key, I analyzed the blade to look for a gap where I could slide the harpoon, allowing me to position it precisely in the gap. Once it went all the way through, I rotated it slightly and pulled it out.

Ok , bit flimsy , bit hit and miss , probably more skill required to use but ok

Items feel very flimsy, but they came good in getting the broken key out of my front door. Took a few minutes but they worked..

I bought this set as I had snapped a key jn a lock. It came out with the first tool I tried. So much cheaper than a locksmith!!

Broke my ignition key on motorcycle and these tools did the impossible and hit the broken bit out . It was really stuck but the tools were strong enough so I got it out and could order a replacement key instead of needing a complete assembly. So happy these tools are recommended

Es gibt sicher hochwertigere Sets, aber für den Preis ist die Qualität völlig o.k. Immerhin konnte ich mit diesem Set einen abgebrochenen Schlüssel aus dem Zylinder bekommen- und dafür hatte ich das Set ja gekauft. Also gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne.

We hadden een afgebroken sleutel in een hangslot. Met deze kit heb ik het afgebroken stuk eruit gekregen waardoor we het hangslot niet moesten doorslijpen.

Werkt echt goed. Heeft ons al meerdere keren uit de brand geholpen met afgebroken sleutels. Ook afgebroken sleutel in scooter kon goed verwijderd worden
