Gould is the older brand that was bought by I-T-E, which was bought by Siemens. The breakers and the ground and neutral bars are generally interchangeable. **Q: What tool is needed to mount to a buss bar or neutral / or ground bar** A: A hex key is needed; I'm not sure what size. When you remove the large threaded plug which clamps the wire, you will see a screw that goes through the bottom of the Lug. That screw in the bottom of the lug is what is used to mount the lug. If you look closely at the pictures you can see the top of the screw, and you can almost see that it has an internal hex in the top. **Q: Will it fit a GE panel?** A: It is made to attach to a ground bar or a neutral bar. I used mine in a seimens panel and a square D panel. The ground bars and neutral bars are pretty standard. I am nearly certain it will fit in a GE panel. **Q: I have a 200 amps siemens load center breaker panel. is this lug larger than the original one which comes with the panel on its neutral bar?** A: There are two neutral lugs in a Siemens load center: one on the service side and one on the load side. The original neutral lug on the load side of my 200A Siemens load center is labelled D8428 1/0-14. It appears slightly physically smaller than the ECLK2, which shouldn't surprise, since the ECLK2 is rated 2/0-4.
