Before buying I asked several sources if there was any difference between BP-ER and BP-WR. All replied that they were exactly the same. They are not.BP-ER, is only wheat flour, palm oil, sugar and glucose syrup.BP-WR, also contains oatmeal, barley malt and vegetable oil (as well as palm) and other things. Therefore there is a very significant difference between the two. Best part of a thousand pounds wasted by being misled by various sellers.Nowhere near as good as BP-WR.

From the ingredients list posted on this page, I was led to believe this is the same as BP-WR. It’s not. See my photo to see actual ingredients. It’s missing oatmeal! Will report on flavour differences once I get my hands on a packet of BP-WREdit2: removed 2 stars, from 4 to 2 as BP-WR is a lot more tasty, if given the choice I wouldn’t eat BP-ER.Edit:Summary: very edible, lacks salt, baby friendly, only suitable as a shelter food (not the best calories/mass ratio, ie not good when you have to carry it around long terms wise). 4 stars for taste and being long lasting.Flavour is not bad, very edible but it lacks salt. The whole package of 500g only have 1g of salt. In a survival situation, you would need a separate source of salt!The package shows its is suitable for babies after mixed with water; the texture is indeed suitable, can’t comment on the flavour as I don’t know what flavours babies like. When soaked, it reminds me of soggy cereals in water, the flavour drops dramatically. Mixing is best done in a mug rather than a bowl as it doesn’t easily dissolve/mix.The overall energy density isn’t the best, unless you are only sheltering and don’t need much calories. You would probably need a whole box each day if it is your only source of calories and you are exerting yourself. Not suitable for long expeditions as several boxes would also be very heavy. It is also fairly well packaged.

Produkt ist gut verpackt, das MDH sollte nicht allzu schwer ins Gewicht fallen, da bei entsprechender Lagerung eigentlich nichts verderben kann- zumal Eingeschweist.Der Geschmack ist leicht süßlich und erinnert an Gebäck, dafür sehr trocken, ohne Wasser etwas schwer aber möglich.Macht man einen Brei mit Wasser daraus geht es deutlich besser, auch hier passt der Geschmack.Überzeugt hat mich ein Brei mit Milch, kann man gut essen und diese Variante ist mein absoluter Favorit.Fazit: Für eine Notration welche man nur im Notfall benötigt mehr als gut.

Ottimo prodotto di fattura tedesca. Anche se 24 pezzi sono tanti il prezzo rispetto all'acquisto singolo è dimezzato. Ogni singola razione è in una confezione di cartone resistente e internamente sottovuoto. Ottimo prodotto. Non l'ho assaggiato perchè lo userò solo in caso di vera emergenza.

Les rations ont un goût légèrement sucré et une consistance agréable. La préparation prend deux minutes, c'est nourrissant et digeste. Il n'y a pas de sensation de gras même s'il y a de l'huile dans la recette. Les rations ne sont pas fortifiées (vitamine C, D, etc...). Mes boites étaient marquées mars-2020 jusque 2027 et ont un triple emballage dont le premier étanche.
