Good book.

Have to admit I've been Adam Lambert fan since his audition, and I have followed his career closely. Not a Glambert (as I dislike labels) but going to read everything I can about this guy. Expected less when I purchased this book, but surprisingly, it was excellent read and seemed to be essentually factual. It's not like some of the books that dwell on sexual fantasy or people's individual experiences meeting Mr. Lambert. Those book are a major bore in my opinion. If you're a fan--or even if you're not--highly recommend reading this book.

If you follow Adam Lambert at all, you've heard all the information that's in this 3/4 of a book. Easy reading.

I have followed Adam Lambert since first seeing him on American Idol. There isn't too much information here that wasn't already released. I wish he would take some time to do a Broadway Hits album or "cover" some of the old 80's songs, as Sony wanted him to. That's where I find his voice to be Superior!!! This was a good read by virtue of the fact it was about Adam Lambert but ....

As an avid Adam Lambert fan who has followed his career devotedly from the time he was on American Idol, I wasn't expecting to learn anything new from this book. But I assumed I could enjoy the read anyway. I didn't. Mr. Daniels did no real legwork for this book. He did none of his own interviews with friends, family, former co-workers, the sort of interviews and research one would expect of a biographer. Instead he relied completely on existing articles and interviews found on the internet. Having used archives of existing materials might have been forgivable but it is so poorly organized that it seems no effort was put into the timeline of Adam's life and career. Events and stories jump back and forth so someone not already familiar with the subject would easily become quite confused. There were also occasional factual errors regarding details that are widely known and could have been easily checked. I don't think I'm a particularly good writer but I am 100% certain that I could have spent a couple of months on the internet and written a far better book than this one. I can't think of a single reason to recommend that anyone else spend their time reading it.

Wanted to know how Adam traveled from American Idol or a Star with Queen. It was very interesting.. Love him!

I really enjoyed this book about Adam Lambert! Unfortunately, it was rather short - so, please, pick up your pen and write from 2015 to present day.Adam Lambert is such a class act, his incredible vocal range makes him exciting to listen to. The first time I heard him sing I got goosebumps, and I was hooked! I really, really wish another tour with Queen could be announced - and an album released too.So, please Neil, update your great book to 2023!

Good general information about Adam Lambert but I could tell the book had been "put together/ rushed". out quickly to come out after the Queen and Adam Lambert European tour had finished. Thought it a little overpriced for the content but an enjoyable read none the less.

I have followed Adam ever since I saw him on American Idol and have all his CD's. I managed to see Adam at the O2 with Queen - what a fabulous performer, singer and entertainer. Now I have this book and it is brilliant to learn more about his life

Book in good condition.

Not as good as expected. Poor quality photos and lots of pages with not much on!!. Seemed put together in a hurry to catch fans going to current QAL concerts.
