Almost a belt with a pad, uncomfortable
By itself, it provides so little coverage aside from the absorbent pad that it is uncomfortable to me; if I wore jeans the waist band tended to roll down and I had to keep pulling things back up all day. If I wore pajama pants the pad folded and wanted to slip down between my legs. If the non-woven fabric panels extended more around the back of the pant, it would be a lot better. This might work for you if you wear tight jockey-short-type underwear over it. I don't like to do that because it is a lot for me to be taking on and off every time I use the restroom. Since I had purchased a whole pack, I tried this as a test and it did sort-of work; the waistband rolled down a bit but not as much. But it bunched up enough that I ended up changing it midway through the day, even though it was unused. If you want a grey product to be less conspicuous, this isn't the one. It may help if people see the waistband, but if anyone sees more than that, it looks like a grayish disposable belt with a white pad down your middle. It's basically a cheap institutional product. I suspect if you sit in bed or a chair all day and change it frequently, this probably works fine. I am an active person and many days I don't have any problems, so I will wear the same product all day. I expect the pant to last all day with meThe only plus is that the pad extends up the back of the pant. If you want a product similar to this that actually works, I would suggest the [[ASIN: B07TKCG9RV] Tena Pro-Skin Incontinence Underwear for Men].

Does Fit Well
I first thought this was a joke; it felt like I was wearing a slingshot. It was definitely anything but comfortable, so I never tried after the first time. Then, I figured out that I had bought a size too small, and that I had them on backward. When I did get the right size, I still couldn't figure out the front from the back, and still have to look long and hard each time I put one on to get it right. They need to label the front from the back - I can't imagine why they don't.

Front from back
Which is the front?. Does the colored line go in back or in front?

Good absorption, Unconfortable
Compared to others we have used, while effective in controlling leaks, after a while, it becomes uncomfortable, and does not provide breathing room.

Stretches just like spandex underwear.
I love how stretchy and expandable this underwear is. My husband uses it and it fits like a glove on him. No complaints about any bunching or crotch grabbing. Seller packed it in a box real tight and delivered it on time. Thanks seller.
