For retro gaming on a Samsung tablet, perfect!
When researching this item I was unsure what to expect, I decided to pull the trigger and hope for the best. I couldn't be happier. The only thing I can't speak to is the long life of the controller. It doesn't feel as solidly made as a high end gaming device, but it also doesn't feel super cheap either. The biggest issue is the "accordion" spring controller doesn't lock in as firmly as you want it to. It holds your device perfectly fine, but when adjusting the width, it can slip, and the loud noise of the zig zag can be unnerving, especially for sleeping cats.... In addition, the device covers both the headphone socket and the charging socket. I use Bluetooth earbuds and don't really game long enough to have had a problem with the battery charge depleting. Maybe on a long haul flight or if your tablet doesn't hold much of a charge?I use the controller for playing retro games, Sega, Nintendo, 16 bit emulators, and works perfectly. Can't speak to how it works with more modern gaming, but I don't see why it would be a problem, it's only button mapping!

iPega Joypad
This game pad looks really nice. However, although it connected to my fire tablet without a hitch, it did not work. Very disappointed. In addition, the feel of this game paid is very cheap with control buttons leave a lot to be desired. If the controller would have worked, I might have overlooked it’s cheap plastic feel.

Works with Media Tek Now it seems
Works with 6.8 inch phone... like only one on market for that size while also works with 10 inch tablet with room to spare.Looks and feels good playing. Also sits nicely after done using it. Definitely need all to use but can map anything with touch gamepad.Had fun with it on stadia after I mapped keys. I connected with pc at one point but felt wierd without something in middle. Plays on phone and tablet easily.Overall I would design games with this type of controller.

Reliable controller.
Works as advertised. Connection to Android devices is quick and easy. Charging time is relatively short (around 1 to 2 hours). Battery life is decent; I didn't track it precisely but it is at least 10 hours, maybe 20.

Setup is hard
Did not work with Amazon Kindle Fire. Also did not function correctly with 80% of android games on my phone.

Best thing ever if you play games on your phone
Love these. Use it with my phone and it absolutely does what it's suppose to. Has a long battery life and can be adjusted to fit larger devices.

Great for tablets
This is a really good control that is perfect for tablets, which is why I bought it. It's pretty good in terms of quality as well. it works better for shooters than it does for regular games at least for me. because of the right analog stick, if you're playing something with a lot of button inputs like a fighting game your finger can slip and naturally move to the position of the thumb stick. You can get used to it over time but it is a bit of a nuisance. If you're playing a shooter there's no issues, triggers and grips are solid.
