On many things you can use them over and over
Having said that if your on the ball when ya cant use one again we use them as a little garbage can for the prep of things like peeling onions before discarding. I do not know what the " green " foot print is but I bet the factory that makes these are many times more efficient than us heating and consuming water !!???

Exactly what I needed! Just a note the 3lb ones can handle a lot. The lesser pound capacity is really only good for chips & popcorn. I use these for my busy days with kids and have no time for clean up. It’s great for hearty stews! It holds up! The size is great it doesn’t take to much space. Stores great in corners of your kitchen and out of the way.

Very Sturdy and Great Value
