How to Use @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); Mix 2 tbsp gram flour (besan) with 2 cups of beaten fresh curd and add 3 cups of water to it. Beat well and add 2 tbsp of sugar and salt to taste 2-3 slit green chillies & 1 sliced ginger & 2-3 teaspoon Himadri Gujarati Khadi Masala. Put to boil and simmer for a while stirring the whole time. Bhagar: (Tampering). Heat 2 tbsp ghee and add 1 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds), 1/2 tsp methi seeds, 1 broken red chilli and hing. Once the seed crackle, add the baghar to the khadi. Boil for a few minutes more and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Tips: Taste the kadhi to check the masala. It should be sweet and sour. Khadi should never be boiled on high flame. It should always be simmered.
