Fry the paneer and all the vegetables and keep aside. For Gravy: Take 2 onions, 6 tomatoes, 1 pc ginger, 8 cloves of garlic, cinnamon, 1 clove, 1 cardamom with 1/2 cup water and make a paste. Other ingredients include 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp dhania jeera powder and 2 tbsp of butter.
