How to Use @import url("https://www.desercart.com/static/froala_style_v2.min.css"); 1) Soak 150 gm kabuli chana (chick peas) overnight and pressure cook with 1 bay leaf, 2 black peppers, 2 cloves, 1 cinnamon, 1 tsp each peppers, 2 coriander powder, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and salt. Reserve the water. 2) Fry the paste of 2 onions in 5 tbsp oil till golden brown and add red chilli powder, coriander powder, 2 tbsp Himadri chhole masala and 1 tbsp kasturi methi. Add 2 pureed tomatoes, when oil separates add chana and cook. Now add the reserved water and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
