I purchased these now that I'm working from home. My desk is in my dining room where my husband is working as well. The only time it gets a little awkward is when we are both on the phone at the same time. I love the size, fit and comfort of these headphones. My first disappointment was not hearing my own voice when I speak, but I have been able to get used to it. They block out sounds around me so I can hear my callers very clearly. I have not heard anyone complain about hearing me - except for when my husband is speaking at the same time. I have not tried the headphones without the microphone, so I don't know how clear I sound to callers and if it will help when my husband is on the phone - I would think it would be worse - I will try and report back. Overall, I am pleased with them. I find the buttons and dials easy to use and remember what is what. I really wanted over the ear that were not super bulky and these hit the mark on that. I love the stand to hold the headphones while charging and even just between calls. I found an inexpensive case that fits them nicely (but not the charging stand.) Overall, the meet my needs and I'm pretty pleased.

Pretty decent headset. I have owned these for 30 days give or take.Pros: Easy setup. Easy charging. Easy pairing to my home desktop, work laptop, and work and personal phones. I can hear dings for texts, listen to music, and switch to calls on my phone or VOIP The headphones are comfortable for wearing them for 7-8 hours a day while working. I have yet to get it to low battery even when listening to music and having 6 hours of calls.Cons:The one earpiece broke. Litteraly broke while I was wearing it and fell of my head. A little super glue later and we are back in business.Last night the device had a steady red light and flipping power would not fix it. I ended up plugging it in via USB and it seems to have reset the headset and it is working again.The mute function doesn't relay back to Teams/Skype to software mute. You have to hold it down then hear " you are now muted" or "you are now unmuted" so it takes 3-5 seconds to mute or unmute and miss what is being said during that time.Overall: 3.5/5 stars. Still prefer it to my wired, and uncomfortable wireless headsets.

I bought this product because I work from home and have a lot of conference calls each day. I selected this product for the leather quality, battery life, charging stand, and most of all the mute button (I have a mechanical keyboard and therefore my typing is loud - I hoped the mute button would enable me to cut the typing noise out while not speaking). All features I was seeking were great except the mute button. The mute button is awkwardly placed on the boom mic, the button itself is hard to press, and it takes several seconds for the headset to activate the mute feature, including that the headset says "microphone mute on" which adds additional transition time and lead to my conference colleagues asking whether I knew I was still muted. Additionally, the way this headset paired to my windows PC, any windows system notification prompt like "do you want to save before closing?" or notifications that I got a new message in Outlook or Skype overrode the audio of my phone call and I couldn't hear the call for several seconds before or after the prompt sound. If you're buying this headset to listen to music and conduct occasional calls, it'll be great. It really was high quality feeling and sound quality was great. The mic is omnidirectional though, so it picked up a lot of my keyboard sounds. I wish the mute feature was better! Pairing between my PC and my android cell was a bit clumsy to switch back and forth as well.

It needs you to keep it pressed for a couple of seconds to toggle mute, and then it takes another second for "Mute on/off" voice-over that masks over the audio entirely - so it takes several seconds to toggle the mute on a conference call which is unacceptably stupid to use- average build quality (see update below)*** Four month update -One of the earpieces came loose from its socket, I have requested for a warranty RMA. Bumping down my rating by one star. I'll update my review based on my experience with the warranty process.*** One year update -Replacment is holding up well.

I teach English online. I needed headphones, so I could ear the enunciation and so the kids could hear me. I decided to go with this product. It was a little more expensive , but I like having to have dependable products in my everyday life. I combed through a bunch of headphones with mics. I settled on this for the battery life. I cannot have my headphones give out in the middle of a class.The headphones are a good size, but lightweight. They are comfortable, when wearing them for hours. There is a nice amount of cushion over your ears.The sound is great. I have used these in class, for music and for Skype and Zoom. Always, the sound is high quality and easy to understand.I have only had the battery give out once and that was after I did classes for several days in a row, without recharging. That was my fault.I have had a small bit of trouble getting the headphones to recharge. You have to have it on the base just perfectly, for it to connect. A green stripe lights up when you have it connected, so I just fidget with it until I can get that to work. I have had a minor amount of problems connecting. It may add up to 6 minutes in total, in all the time I have had these. A couple of times it was because I tried to use the wrong end. Again, my fault!I have been pleased with these headphones. If I ever need a replacement pair, I will definitely think about a repurchase.

I am returning this headset for two reasons: 1) the headset "died" on me for day and would not respond to charging on the base or with the cable and would not pair or turn on; 2) the microphone cut out on me - discovered during a call which was embarassing and no amount of separate testing, removing and reinserting the mic fixed it (i just got very intermittent crackles on the mic suggesting a poor connection somewhere). Disappointing as i have only used for a few weeks for light home office calls. Hope the return process will be easy.Below is the review i wrote before the errors began in case helpful:PREVIOUS REVIEW:I wanted a wireless headset with a microphone. The sound quality is good and I have had no issues with people hearing clearly in the microphone and that sounds clear on the tests I have done also. There is an annoying "microphone mute on" prompt when you turn on the mute but you can reduce this to a quick beep instead if you play with settings. Frankly this was my main concern given other models don't seem do have nailed the mute functionality. You do still have to hold down the mute button momentarily before it kicks in rather than instant but this is usually sufficient time to block out a coworker's curse words or an infant's unannounced screams. If you are that concerned just use the mute function on your phone or if using some online conference on that platform (just make sure it is actually on)!

Got 2 pairs of these to watch TV in the evening without disturbing my daughter or the neighbours.Works a treat, they have independent volume control which is handy as I like it louder than my wife does xDThinking of getting another pair for my PC

It looks good on the outset and it does fit comfortably enough.Sound quality is also ok, but, and this is a big but - it is just not a reliable product. Especially given its price.Mike just stopped working without any warning - very embarrassing to happen during a meeting. Also it was a pain to wake up after a while, when it got off the bluetooth connection. Disappointing...

Es trägt sich angenehm und lässt sich gut bedienen.Leider scheint es, die Entwickler haben dieses Headset nie in einer Konferenz getestet:Nutzt man den "Mute" Knopf um das Mikrofon stumm zu schalten, bekommt man eine ca. 5-7 Sekunden lange Ansage: "Microphone mute on". Während dieser Ansage ist jeglicher andere Ton stumm geschaltet - man kann also nichts von seinen Gesprächspartnern verstehen.Ebenso, wenn man die Stummschaltung aufheben will. Man muss erst die Ansage abwarten, bevor man etwas sagen kann.Zudem ertönt - während man stummgeschaltet ist - alle 30 Sekunden ein doppelter Piepton, der unnötig und sehr störend ist.Auf Grund dieses gravierenden Mangels ist das Headset für mich nicht brauchbar und geht damit zurück - sehr schade!

Really good sound quality. Controls are a bit of a pain but generally really great product. Easy to connect to multi devices.
