It's barely soft enough for having the word "soft" in the title. And it's a bit too stretchy... it doesn't stay snuggly on my copious locks. Slides right off. And with that being a problem, I can't wear it with my over-ear headphones without it either coming off altogether, or having a wall of hat between my headphones and my ears... and I know that's stylish or whatever, but I'm just not into it. I like things to sound good.
