This large thermos container is a bento box with 4 compartments. Each compartment can hold a different entree or side dish. The bottom compartment is the largest. The material of the thermos is stainless steel. It can hold hot and cold items. This is perfect for holding soups, without leaking. It comes inside of an insulated felt bag, that has a handle on the top for carrying it. Also included, is a detachable long strap, to hook onto the felt bag. Inside the side sleeve of the felt bag, is a pink utensils box that contains a fork and a spoon. Both the fork and spoon are sturdy and of high quality. The included spoon is deep enough to be used for eating soup. This stackable bento box thermos is perfect for carrying meals on the go.

Five stars for functionality, I do wish the strap matched the containers better but just a personal preference. The largest compartment on bottom holds about 2c liquid. The two middle compartments each hold 1c and the top compartment is best for nuts or cheese cubes. Something small. The top and middle compartments all have a plug at the bottom. I'm assuming hot/cool water could be added to help with insulation but I have not found it necessary as of yet. I usually put my hot food on bottom, then room temp foods, then cold food and it has worked great. The only reason for four stars is the felt on the case exterior. It really needs to be a material that is easier to clean and holds up better to wear.

I love this bento box (aka lunch box) and that it comes with silverware. I'm more inclined to use chopsticks, but they can be easily switched out. You may need some shorter chopsticks if you decide to do that as longer ones may not fit. You may also be able to fit a little napkin in there as well, but the problem lies with getting the container to fit in one of the pockets. The pockets on my bag are sewn too tight, so I have to really work and strain to get the silverware container inside one of them. There's no where else to attach the container to the bag (and it won't fit inside it either. The bag is lined with "foil" lining, so it should help keep things cool or hot after packing. there are three levels of metal lined trays (two same size on larger at the bottom) and a top part for something small, like a little an-dōnatsu or two. The cannister/bento box features a handle to easily remove it from the bag. There's an external strap which you can slip over a shoulder, but not crossbody-like. Great for taking a lunch on a day out.

I received this item and was taking it apart to check all the compartments and even the little sliding box that housed a stainless steel spoon and fork...my daughter walked into the kitchen and asked what I was doing, took one look at this Bento Box and claimed it. She said a friend had one that kept her food and drink warm (or cold) for hours and that she had always wanted one...now she has one and she is absolutely ecstatic to have it! Just from my own short time of having my hands on it, I was mightily impressed. It has three stainless steel lined containers that screw together, then the pink top also unscrews - it is not lined, so maybe oyster crackers for your soup or chili would go in there. I was also so surprised that the included utensils weren't heavy-duty plastic but stainless steel. Last, the zippered bag the Bento Box goes into is perfect with a shoulder strap. Get this for yourself, but don't let your daughter see it or you'll need to get two (or more)! :)

This is a thermos with 4 compartments that fits into an insulated felt bag. It has a little container in a pocket on the side of the felt bag that includes a metal knife and fork.The writing on the thermos itself is very strange. It features cute flamingos but one of them has a voice bubble that says “hero in desert,” which I’m not sure what that even means. It also says “Enjoy the delicious!” Which again, not sure what they are going for there.The multiple compartments are nice when taking different snacks on a family trip. We used this at the zoo and it was nice to have organized snacks in their own spaces. It kept them cool and saved us money from buying snacks there. The compartments are also very easy to wash.All in all this is a nice item to have on hand. I’m sure it would be great to use for lunch at work as well, and it’s very compact and wouldn’t take up much room in the work refrigerator!

I had gastric sleeve surgery last year and now can only eat a little bit of food at a time. When I spotted this foodie organizer I had to try it out. Wow. You get a lot for your money! It comes with an insulating cylinder pouch that you can sling over your shoulder for convenience, a holder for the real fork and spoon (not plastic), and 4 separate compartments for food. Three of the compartments can retain heat/cold and the top can be used for something that doesn’t need climate control.Oh, I forgot, when your workmates see this adorable thermos design they will want one too! I got the pink flamingos, but it comes in other designs. I am recommending this to everyone. If you have trouble finding gifts for those in your life that don’t need anything, this is a cute, fun, versatile and convenient idea!

I was looking for something like this for my daughter to take to school.She often wants to have various different food for her school lunch, and we really like that this includes its own carrying case that is insulated. Each compartment is also insulated and can be used for warm or cool items. It's really a neat contraption to carry food.I think she might even use it in a more compact manner - i.e. not stacking all 4 pieces together, but instead a combination of perhaps 2/3 containers on one day, and maybe 2 on another, 4 on another... All depending on what she is bringing to school. Sometimes she likes to bring a little soup, and a small salad or fruit. She will be able to do that with this!I also like that it comes with utensils. This is a well thought out Bento Box!
