Love the quality of the product!!! gave it the overall 5 stars for how well it met my needs. It wasn’t too hard to install (thank you YouTube). The product really needs to come with instructions, it doesn’t. I would definitely buy again, if the need arises. Amazing product with a very reasonable price. I found a similar product at local truck supply shop, three times the price and $50-$75 to install.

Thank goodness for You tube instructions from another brand maker because these came with no paperwork instructions what so ever. If it had come with instructions I would of gave it 5 stars. Other than that it is a very well made and sturdy towing receiver. Do yourself a favor and place the receiver on and hold it with the center bolt while you try and fish the other 2 mounting bolts through the towing support bar. Also bend a small loop in the fishing wire so its easier to grab and pull through the mounting holes. I also like the fact that it came with a cover too so i didn't need to buy one separately.Update: The receiver is still working fine but the cheap cover rusted out in a few months so i had to buy a different one.

This is a very nice product. It took a little bit to figure out how to install it, but after that it was a breeze. There are two bolts that must be installed inside the factory hitch mount tubes. There are two small cables with “threaded springs” that must be screwed over the bolt threads, then you slide the other end into the pipe above the frame. Locate the cable end through the hole for the mount, pull the cable through until the bolt threads pull into the hole. Leave the cable attached until both are in place and you can slide the hitch up and in place. I attached the large Allen bolt through the bumper and just threaded into the hitch. Then, pushed the hitch up at the back and pulled the captured bolts into place via the cables. Pull off one cable at a time and install the washers and nuts in place. Once both are tight, then, using a 14mm Allen socket, tighten this up. Now you are done.

Looks good and works as expected. Easy to install and came with everything you need. TIP: Watch there video if you are not sure how ti fish the wire through to secure the bolts in place. As this will help a TON before install. Would recommend to anyone needing this product.

The hitch seems very sturdy. It did not come with instructions but a YouTube video walked me through it, which was fairly simple. An included hex tool to tighten the downward bolt would of been helpful. It was not a common size and I did not have one that large on hand.1week later: I ordered a hex half-inch bit through amazon to tighten the downward bolt, and it’s too big!!! So 7/16 is too small and half inch is too big. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! This hitch needed to have a hex tool included with it

Easy installation. Anyone could do it.

This was very easy to install. It took me about 45 minutes and that was because I was taking my time. I did not need to remove or lower the spare tire. It is important to hold onto the bolts once you've snaked them thru the frame. I threaded on the nut before I removed the wire that is used to pull the bolt thru the frame just to be safe. The price was fantastic! The quality was as good as the same item available from our local parts store at half the price! There are several "How to " videos that show how to install as this item did not come with written directions. For me this was no big deal.-John

Simple to install 12mm Alan key and 7/8 socket and your good to go. Took me 15 mins. Drop the spare tire mount the hitch and install the top bolt then fish the two bolt plates through with the fish tape secure those nuts and your done. Great product for a great price. I haven’t hauled anything yet so if there’s any problems I’ll up date this

The screws to fix it did not come…. How am I going to attach this to the truck???
