If you can make it work its not the worst heatsink.
I got the the mount in no problem however the cross bracket was a whole other story. One side was free and clear the other had compositors in the way. So I had to either rotate it 90 degrees so heat air would be hitting my graphics card. Or Tim off some of the metal to get past the compositors. It was I this point I decided to sleep on it. Hopefully tomorrow I will come up with a better solution. I was nearly able to get it on. It was a very tight fit but it did work. When the computer it is anound 40 to 50 degrees C and when its at full load it stays around 77 degrees C. I did attach an extra 90 mm fan which has helped with the Temp's.

Meh
I got the 2 heatpipe cooler because it would fit in my case and was so interesting looking. But this couldn't keep my Ryzen cool enough. I wanted to like it but it just couldn't seem to keep temps under 70C. I noticed that the aluminum base does not cover the entirety of my processor, which doesn't seem ideal. It mounts (with considerable force) but was probably more well suited to previous generations, and not the AM4, which it does list in the description. Should probably be a 3 star review, but I think it is not well suited for my application. Also the fan was a little shakey.

Fan did not work
After i figured out the mounting instructions and all the effort to line out the mount, in the end, the fan did not work. No light (which i didn't really care about) but also didn't spin. Bummer. But i did like the intel to AMD conversion ring and I mounted an old AMD CPU cooler I had lying around, so it wasn't a complete loss. Nothing like mounting an AM3 cooler master CPU cooler on an i7 4790k. the cooler remains cool to the touch. I'm not a gamer so i'm not worried. The old AMD ran 125 watts, the 4790k runs 88 watts.

USELESS 3 PIN FAN WITH NO PWM
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IT'S A 3 PIN FAN WITH NO PWM TEMPERATURE CONTROL.. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AM3+ NEWER MOBOS. THE CPU COOLER STILL WORKS BUT ONLY IF YOU BUY A 4 PIN PWM REPLACEMENT FAN. WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I'M DECIDING TO KEEP IT.Update, after changing to a PWM temperature control 4 pin fan. It works as expected and reaches max temps of 87°F while gaming

Decent item
The fan is a three wire device, which means it is not PWM, but this is a swappable part of the cooling apparatus. Overall this device is actually very effective and affordable upgrade.
