already, so I was excited to see these. I was using it all the time, and loved the way it worked and looked. It was a transparent white that fit in the hand well and got the job done. Had it for years, but it was always in the dishwasher. So I ordered 2 pair of see-thru green from these people. I was annoyed that I got 2 pair (sent separately) of solid blue spreaders (disappointing...) but I kept them and used them. Bought them October 17, 2020. The material, where I spread (butter, cream cheese, etc) has frayed, which tells me plastic shards are getting in the toast. I threw them out.

My husband is from Sweden and I'm American. One day, after we moved in together, he asked if I had any butter knives. I pulled out a long, skinny American butter knife and he was like "No, no, no. That's not a butter knife." He showed me what they use in Sweden (products like this) and we made it a point to pick some up during our vacation to Sweden at the end of that year. We brought home a bunch of these and I immediately fell in love. They wash up great and are pretty durable. The ones we purchased in 2014 were starting to get a little wear and tear, so I ordered these. They are almost identical to the ones we already owned. I highly recommend them! They're affordable and long lasting.

Nicer than I expected. I've been using butter knives quite a lot lately and decided to switch to these. I have them in a coffee cup on my counter and think they will be perfect for making PB&J sandwiches etc. I reserved the two milky clear ones for dishing my buddies cat food. No washing for those just a quick rinse and they are clean enough for the next time I feed him. I think these will also be great for stirring coffee I make in my French press in the morning. Well made and cheerful.

I absolutely love these spreaders . Easy to use & clean . I previously had wooden spreaders that were made by a friend & given to me , I felt like it was time to throw them away , not as sanity as these spreaders I just bought.

A great addition to the kitchen. Excellent for spreading butter or jam also works well to split that English Muffin.

Does a great job of spreading soft butter. Easy to grip. Looks great.

Love these. I first found these spreaders in a store back in England and brought them back to the States with me. They're much better than those little spreaders and easier to keep clean. My daughter wanted to "borrow" my old set on a permanent basis, so I was happy to find these on Amazon. Extremely happy with my purchase.

These are not good...the plastic is soft and bends when you try to apply pressure to spread stuff. I got a two pack of rigid plastic ones from the grocery store that work much better. The shape of the spreader can also be improved.The 2pk of less expensive ones from the grocery store has a better shaped spreader part that just works perfectly. I put a bagel in the toaster this morning and didn't realize the slider was way up (must have gotten bumped) and burnt the bagel a little bit. Figured I'd scrape off the burnt top level and used this spreader...well the toasted bagel frayed the plastic! I couldn't believe it. I will upload pics once the "add photo" button comes back/Amazon fixes the issue.

My first Linden spreaders were brought from Sweden. Finding these was brilliant. I’ve bought them for all the family.

Well I dont use those plastic knife as a spreader, for I have one in stainless stell ... I use those plastic spreader to held unmold cakes in non stick cake mold, so the plastic wont scratch my cake molds ... They are perfect for this task ... Great tools !

Amazing addition to your kitchen cutlery drawer. I got one long time ago from somewhere and it was the most used spreading knife ever since. A bunch of metal ones are just sitting there unwanted :) So glad i found more on amazon and grabbed it.Phew!!! as now they are unavailable.

Bought them for my toddler to help him do it himself. He loves to help make his own meals and these are much easier for him to handle than a bitter knife.

While I have no kids, I do appreciate these knives as I am personally kind of a klutz. Sharp enough to cut a banana but not me. Plus the large surface allows to spread on more stuff in one go.
