My dog loves this
This is a good product. We use it weekly to clean the ears of our bassett hound. We warm the bottle before use so the solution is not so cold. After use, we gently wipe the drainage with a soft cloth. He doesn't love having it done but he no longer howls.

DOn,t waist your time. I have a Boston that has yest issues. Did nothing for him.

Great cleaner
