I suffer from most or what is was once called pcos. I struggled to get my period. I read that taking these help regulate a bit and by God it did! I hadn't seen my period in 5 months, after taking these I was menstruating again. Really recommend these as they are very effective. I had no side effects. The texture is a smooth jelly capsule, easy to swallow. The quantity it brought is enough to last 3 months.

This is my second purchase of this item. My physician suggested it would be good for my health as a prior cancer patient. Unfortunately my mobility is limited for outdoors. The pills are very small & round with a liquid center & easy to swallow. For those of us who take (too many) meds, this tiny pill is welcomed. I highly recommend this brand.

We like it! We like the ingredients, soft capsules, easy to swallow. It worth the price.

I recently started taking these vitamins along with fish oil and magnesium, adding to my daily intake of trace minerals. It’s too early to say if I am getting a health benefit but what I will say is that the pills are rather large but easy to swallow. I take all the pills at the same time in the AM hours and go about my normal routine. I will provide an update as the days and months go by.

Great value and this is perfect to take with my magnesium glycinate. There is no taste and the bag lasts a long time. It does help with mood and vitamin d levels.

Great supplement, always repeat

I took these vitamins together with my children. We had blood tests done before starting. After three months of use, our levels dropped instead of improving. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I seriously question the quality of this product and suspect it may be a counterfeit.

The zipper bagged's zip got removed after a week. Use a good quality packaging at least since it has tablets for almost a year.

Have reordered this item and will continue to use it. Was taking Vit D3 for 7 years with no effect whatsoever and bone loss. After much research found that taking a combination of VIT K2 & D3 enables the body to better absorb and distributes the Calcium to the bone and not the organs or arteries.

Gel form. Tends to stick onto each other. Vitamin content low.
