Loved it when it came in. Seemed really sturdy, the handle is great, seal is perfect for no leaking. Barely dropped it and it shattered the bottom of the bottle. Definitely more fragile that I would have expected with it being such a short drop.

When we received the water bottle it was vacuum sealed in plastic. It looked strange because there was stickers on the top with the number thirteen and the name BELLA in stickers along the side of the bottle. Its like it was a team water bottle or something that got returned. BUT Wait there's more. We open the cap and pour out about a 1/2 cup of water out of the water bottle. WTH?! returning immediately. only giving one star because it won't let me give 0 stars
