Easy install and effective performance
Okay so I was skeptical about this purchase do to the not so stellar reviews and the talk about breaking pins. Well, let me say I now have two of these hubs in my system and they are both performing wonderfully. I have a total of 16 EZDIY-FAB Moonlight PWM ARGB fans in my system (awesome fans, read my review) and these hubs power all of them with ease.Setup was fast (all things considered with cable management) and not at all complicated. The pins were STURDY and all connections were solid meaning there is no loose connections anywhere. I love that the hubs are powered by a Sata cable and not molex. There are technically only 11 slots on these hubs as one of the 12 is used to connect the hub to your motherboard. Still, there are lots of connections to be made on this hub and although I haven't experimented with the use of a splitter cable (no need to) I'm sure it would do well there too.The build quality is good. No real complaints there. On both hubs when I opened the packaging there was a strong chemical odor permeating the devices themselves. It does eventually go away after awhile, but yeah. It stinks horribly. The magnets at first made me nervous with the thought of having them around my very expensive equipment but they are small yet still effective. I have one attached to the side panel of my case behind the motherboard tray and the other of the motherboard tray itself. Cable management is a disaster right now behind my right hand panel but after spending an hour and half re-routing fan cables and 3 pin ARGB cables, I managed to make for a clean appearance inside the case where it counts and decided to save the rest for later. If you are looking for a 3 pin ARGB hub, get this one.

Not 100% Compatible with Gigabyte Motherboards without Easy Modification (Solved)
I see the vendor changed the description to say ASUS/MSI motherboards (Gigabyte not included), but I bought this before that change.UPDATED: I solved the problem of back feeding power. I cut the 5V pin going into the controller, and just connected the data wire. Now there is no 5V feedback and it works perfectly. It's powered by SATA, so it doesn't need the motherboard 5V connection.CONS:--The problem is that when the computer is off, the hub allows power to feed back through the DLED wire and back into the PSU, which spins any fans on the SATA rail and the PSU rail, very slowly. So, when the computer is off, your PSU units fan starts spinning or a fan plugged into the SATA rail will slowly spin. (This is a Gigabyte motherboard deal, not the controller's fault.) The Phanteks' DLED SATA controller does the same thing. I guess vendors could make the mother board connector without the 5V pin for Gigabyte boards. (ASROCK is the same)PROS:--Other than that., I can confirm that the hub works well, and the build quality is tight with the one I received. --Comes with a standard motherboard connector cable, which was nice. The pins were solid and the magnets are strong.

Does its job well but handle with great care
This little guy did exactly what I wanted, which was to allow existing case fans (ARGB) to be joined and synced to multiple ARGB devices and then the whole lot to be controlled bu the single ARGB header on my mother board. It nailed it. Yet, this thing is about as fragile as a poodle during a thunderstorm--those wee pins bend if you so much as think a negative thought. I give a solid 4 stars for doing its intended job but 3 for a rather unpleasant install experience where my son may or may not have picked up some new colorful language.

Not like others, this is what you want.
I’ve build a few complex ARGB machines lately. All the different ARGB hubs I’ve tried, many look like this, they suck. Really they do.You can’t easily fit connectors in there, pins are super loose, rely on tape to adhere which limits where you can mount it (due to back plates often not even).Well, no such issues with this one at all. Also has affixed magnets so you can start somewhere and move it. No more dangling as you build or delicate deal with adhesive while pins come out.Likely buying two more to gut my other controllers and replace with this. Next time I have to go in, those are coming out and this is going in...

Worked perfectly for what I needed it to.
Used this to sync 6 argb fans and the rgb cpu fan into a single argb header on my motherboard. Had no issues with brittle pins or loose connections, installation and operation worked perfectly. Magnetic points on the back works well to keep it in place in the cable compartment of your mobo. All 7 fans are now synced with the other argb components in my rig and all controllable within the Asus Armory Crate software & AuraSync.

Horrible
This this sucks! It won't hold the connectors. I literally had to zip tie them in order for them to stay connected and it still doesn't work. Don't waste your money... I just threw it in the trash. Not worth the return hassle for something that costs $12.

Works Great!
I purchased for the 7 RGB fans I have in my system so all can be controlled by the motherboard. This is just what I needed. The pins were straight and the connections are solid and everything works and is now synchronized. There are a lot of negative reviews of this product but keep in mind, there seems to be several different manufactures of this item also. This Timack brand works well for me and is of good quality at a reasonable price!

Pleasently Surprised!
So when I first saw the other reviews about the loose pins I freaked out a bit, but I decided to buy it anyway. When it came in the mail however, it worked really well actually. The pins hold well and you can have your input cable attached to any of the pins, which I thought was a really cool feature. Honestly my only complaint really is that to get the stickers that protect the plastic off, I had to unscrew the panels but it was easy and not worthy of me taking off a star.
