I absolutely HATE this heating pad! It takes me 3 or 4 tries each time to turn it on. It will only stay on for 2 hours. The cover doesn't come off when I need to wash it. It's flimsily made, so I'm sure it's not going to work at all when I wash it. This might be a good idea for a senile person who forgets to turn it off, but even then, what do you do when it needs washed? For me, an active person who uses it to ease my arthritic pain, it's a waste of money.

I use this at night for back pain, I know you're not supposed to sleep on heating pads but it's the only thing that gives me relief when my back is hurting! I like that it has an auto shut off. I do not like the bright blue light on it, it's bright enough to light up the whole bedroom and unlike other heating pads, this control is right on the heating pad so the light seems like it is right in your face! Also, only one side of it is comfortable enough to lay on. If you flip it over (to have the light facing down) you can feel the heating wires and it's not as soft. It does heat well and provides pain relief

This is a misleading title for this item. It is not an XL heating pad. It’s actually smaller than your typical heating pad and very flimsy.

Update 3.9.2020:Sadly, after only a few weeks it stopped working.This has been a pain saver. I call it my "hot lover". I have CRPS where my lower back goes into wicked spasms. I appreciate this heating pad for its large size which covers my full back.The heating settings go up to 9 and you can select for how long from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hour. It will turn off automatic after the time is up.Overall, I highly recommend.

Love this heating pad! It is large enough to cover my back but compact enough to pack along for travel, and soft/flexible enough to wrap around the back of my neck. It heats up quickly and keeps its temp. My dog even loves to curl up on it during the colder months to warm up. The blue light is very bright however and does interfere with rest/relaxation a bit but it’s easily covered so no biggie.

I bought this to help alleviate cramping pains. Literally used it once in January once in February now March is here and it doesn’t work. Truly dissatisfied and disappointed.
