Super cool survival watch. With Flint / steel
Super fun survival watch.Think my favorite survival thing is the Flint / steel built into the band. Compass works, ( still a useful tool despite and era of GPS)Thankful all watch function a are intuitive enough you don't need the instructions. Just a heads up this watch is huge.

Don't buy it if you actually want to use it...
I bought this watch because I'm an outdoorsy guy and I liked the thought of having something that was useful if I got into a survival situation. Long story short is that this product completely missed the mark. First, the watch is SUPER large and to be fair I don't have the biggest wrist in the world but the way it's designed makes it nearly impossible to adjust. after 20 minutes of struggling with it, I finally managed to get it close but it was still too loose to actually wear. Second, the backlight on the watch barely works and the fact that the numbers are small doesn't help here. Last is the actual survival devices on the watch. The compass was completely useless (did not spin despite my tapping on it to get it to move) and the fire starter did not work at all. At the end of the day if you want to buy this I recommend you only buy it if you want ot for show because I'd sooner trust Jeffrey Epstiens prision guards with my life than this watch.

wejie Survival outdoors watch is a good concept and fun gadget for educational use
I purchased this watch for a niece and nephew who are pre-teens and enjoy the outdoors, e.g., fishing with their father on planned vacations, but have yet to be introduced to things like backpacking. This watch is a fun tool to introduce youngsters to 101 navigation, basic backpacking etiquette and survival tips, knot-tying, and so forth. Bonus that its arrives with two extra lithium batteries! Of course, the downside (for the use I intended) is that it is sized for adults, so even cutting some of the cord to size for their wrists, the watch face remains rather large—even for many adults. The most important feature of the watch feature of the survival watch is fine; you can easily discern the analog time by the hands. The remaining watch features are extremely challenging to discern without the 3 seconds backlight feature turned on since the digital numbers/letters are black on black. (The most cumbersome task was setting the digital date and time—I needed to constantly press the backlight button to see the correct digits/letters; the object being set would shoot ahead randomly, despite the number of button pushes; and setting switching the time between regular and military time proved alarmingly difficult despite the instructions). If I were to actually use this watch on a backpacking trip, I wouldn't mind this, as I wouldn't be using the stopwatch feature, alarm feature, or digital set feature, nor would I want to use a watch that glowed all the time. It's a bit confusing as to why these watch features were included in a survival watch (aside, from perhaps the alarm). I think I'd prefer to have a smaller face and/or more useable, robust survival features—like perhaps a simple analog watch that flips over and is a compass; the watch/compass is a waterproof container that opens and has X,Y,Z,etc…survival gear. That being said, the buttons on the watch are large, have texture, and are easy to manipulate. The cord is strong and easy to remove, cut, and rebind to the watch, though it would be nice to have instructions included for this in the manual. The whistle nicely placed (and loud with a good seal around it and blast behind it) and accessible with the flexible cord strap. The magnesium strip is awkwardly placed, risking damaging the plastic wristband locking mechanism, but I was able to start a fire with it using the flint/survival "knife". The "knife" was decent for cutting the cord and fishing line. The compass is decent and fairly accurate—in addition to more consistent accuracy, I wish it had a scratch-resistant surface, especially since it's placed wrist-down.Overall, I think the watch falls short of its goal, but achieved what I—based on its description an reviews—repurposed it for—and educational teaching tool and fun gadget to introduce important concepts to a younger generation.

Good look and good price!
Pretty happy with my watch. Has a nice G-Shock look to it. But for about 1/5 of the price. The band is a little bigger on me than I'd like but it's still something I can wear and eventually overlook. Couldn't tighten it much more for my wrists but definitely has room to grow for bigger wrist. Haven't had the chance to test it outdoors much due to Covid19 but we will get out there eventually and I will be kick butt out there. Had pics ready but can't upload... oh well. I'm happy.

Very bulky survival watch
Got this new survival watch because I camp and kayak all summer long. Was super excited to look at all the features but the Flint was what I was most excited about. Tried to get a spark and it barely Sparks. And it's so close the the clip that I broke the clip while trying to get a spark. It is very big and hard to wear for a long time. I think it will work well for camping but I was hoping I could wear it casually as well. The whistle and compass work well and have not used the parachord

A survival watch for camping or during an emergency with a neat design.
Really cool watch for being a watch. It seemed a little bulky at first but it did not feel that way at all when wearing the watch. It is survival watch and literally so many things on it are relevant. My boys (I bought 2) are outdoor, camping, and hunting kind of men. It has a small compass but easy to read and accurate. The mini knife and flint lighter were small but perfect for during an emergency. My boys wore them camping and while didn’t have the need at that time, they were bragging rights because of their novelty. This watch is not a Rolex but a Rolex won’t have any of these features.

Great tool and great watch but it's very large
This watch is not adjustable and is made for a very large wrist. My bf is 5'11 and not a small guy but not a very large guy either. This watch was quite big on him. I ordered it for me knowing it would be too big but it's ridiculously huge. Lol I love it though. I'll be able to hook this into my backpack and carry it with me when hiking.

hit or miss
The instructions are virtually useless. They have been poorly and inaccurately translated into English. Fortunately, the hubby has had a number of G-shock watches and could figure out how to get it to work for our son. I'm hoping it works better than the instructions are written.
