These do exactly what I'd hoped — they don't just replace plastic straws, but they serve as a visual cue for servers and bartenders whose busy position means they often forget to leave out the straw.I don't even like straws, so for a long time I've asked to not be served one; odds are 60-40 I'll receive one anyway. But servers presented with this shiny straw are immeasurably more likely to remember, and the straw has started some good conversations with people who wonder why I bother.(I don't think I'm personally saving the planet by minimizing my waste in these ways; however, the behavior of others, even en masse, does not absolve me from being aware of my own actions. I choose to err on the side of reducing my waste. Besides, my regular use of these straws has inspired the manager of my favorite pub to consider offering straws only upon request, and/or offer paper straws instead. Baby steps!)Do I drink out of these straws? Rarely. But they're nice to stir with and even sip through, when I do, and they clean up easily afterward. My only complaint is that I'm pretty forgetful, so I occasionally leave them behind at a restaurant when I'm done. Luckily, these lost straws are inexpensive to replace, which will probably happen fairly soon.

What a great product (and packaging). I'm totally new to the reusable straw game, so I wanted to be sure I got something I could carry easily in my purse and that had some variety so that I could figure out whether I liked bent vs. straight. Now that I have them, I prefer the bent straws, but I like the straight ones too. With eight, I can use one a day until I toss them all in the dishwasher for the week. Couldn't be happier with them!

Great way to help protect the environment. I keep a few in my purse at all times. In a short time I have already removed 10 plastic straws from our oceans. I would highly recommend this product. Sizing is good and I like the storage case and cleaning brushes.

I was so excited to find these straws. The fit perfectly in my mason jar lid for my water. I love having both straight and bent straws. The cleaning brushes and case made this product even better!

I use straws every time I have a drink even for water, and always felt I was being wasteful, so decided to look for an option, I have had this for over 6 months, and used them daily multiple times a day, washing them after every use, and they look as good as new. Would buy again if I ever need to.

LOVE THESE. They are a great way to reduce the waste that is produced in the home. I always worried about using reusable straws as they are hard to clean and I feel like they would never get truly clean and would be susceptible to mold. But, these are stainless steel (PLUS) and come with a brush (PLUS) to make cleaning easier. The case is super nice too so it is easier to keep things organized.

Just what I was looking for to avoid plastic straws. Great quality and a pleasure to drink through. Straws come in nice, sturdy carrying case with 2 skinny, long wire brushes for cleaning them. I highly recommend and I was NOT compensated in any way for my review.
