I got these for my infant daughter and I normally don’t write a review but I had to brag! When I first ordered I didn’t see the pink, when I checked on my order later I noticed they had pink. I simply emailed them and asked if I could switch the colors of bands from purple to pink. They answered me promptly and said yes of course! Great! Right?! Well it gets better. When I finally get them (which was only total a MAYBE a week after I ordered- SO FAST!) I open it to find they didn’t just switch the color of the bands- but made a COMPLETE different one and sent it to me along with the original purple one I ordered! Two bands! Wow!! Thank you! Now I can feel safer about my daughters conditions. I will put one on the car seat and one on her diaper bag until she gets old enough to not take them off! Thank you!

If you are in a car accident and cant speak you can just add the name of relative and phone number and relationship of person and you own name. This isn't just for people who wants to list medical issues of health, which you can if you want but I made mine as a medical emergency, if I pass out, who ever finds me will see the medical device and will read my name and number and my son's name and number to contact. So it great. Or even if a child gets loss, but one and engrave your contact info there or anything that important. Its a great simple product to have. The one thing I had to do was put a clear coat on the silver part area because that was ruff . no coating. clear polish took care of it,

This came very nicely packaged. I wouldn't mind getting one for a gift for someone. I like this better than another one I had because the engraving is etched in - not printed on to wear off. The band is extremely comfortable even when I cinch it tight & I guess that's due to the material of the band. The only minor thing I noticed is that I have to make sure to pull the securing band up high or the end of the band flops loose.As far as how this looks, I am really happy. I know that the information is the most important thing but that doesn't mean the band can't be nice-looking. I think that the 2 metal accents on the side of the info panel add a nice touch. If not for the very necessary MedicAlert icon, this looks like just another nice piece of casual jewelry.I can tell that this is thoughtfully made because of the way the pinholes in the strap "seal" back close, Another small detail that adds to the nice look of the bracelet.If this turns out to be as durable as it seems, it deserves a couple of more stars.

My 3 year old literally had it on for 2 hours and some letters are no longer able to be seen. I am not happy at all. So not worth it because it scratches way too EASILY! Unsatisfied and wanting a refund. It says good for kids with autism. When it said that I thought It meant it’ll hold up. So very misleading.It was too big for his wrist so I put It on his foot. That’s no problem.

With in a week all the word were removed. I wear if for medical reasons so when people see it they have no idea what it says which is no good. I really had to ths seller to se if they knew any tricks they did not. It's a bummer really they company was not helpful at at at

We bought this for our 5 year old who started kindergarten this year. It takes a little longer to ship since it's personalized but I love that I was able to put my phone number and my husband's on it! I'd post a picture but I'd have to blur it out and that defeats the purpose! You can read it very clearly. I almost don't want to send him to school with it for fear of him taking it off and losing it! It is a wonderful product and the clasp works great! I don't worry about it falling off.

Print is small but can be read. Goes on nice and easy and I like that it's adjustable. Love the felt gift bag and the card that came with it. However I am giving it four stars because I could not spell out Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and I would like to suggest a slightly larger template for the engraving to allow the few additional letters that may be needed. It's important for hcp to know what I have and be able to provide the proper medication with meals to reduce the symptoms of my condition. Would this be something you can make happen? I have one other rare condition but I wouldn't be able to spell it out and that could cause a misunderstanding.

I have been a type 1 brittle diabetic since the age of 11 and I am 55 years old I never had a buckle and with the band....it makes me feel like I am wearing a bracelet not a medical alert.....thank you for having this product where it looks good and not a bracelet I use to pay $200 or more and it was not and old stretch metal band thank you so much I love it so much
